一年一度的圣诞节即将来临，咱们都知道圣诞节是西方国家重要的节日，相对于我们的春节。相信很多外贸人都会抓住这个机会来给客户发祝福邮件，一方面是可以加强跟客户的关系，另一方面也是一个商机。

那么，如何发圣诞节祝福邮件比较合适？

#1 如何写圣诞节祝福邮件？

首先，要了解圣诞节相关的起源及习俗等，值得一提的是，西方有些国家对宗教比较敏感，若了解不深就不要主动谈这个话题。既然是圣诞祝福邮件，邮件就以圣诞快乐为主，如果写产品，未免显得有点功利了。所以最好题目不如就直接说是“Greeting from + 发件人名 （公司简称/国别）”，当然也可以是和新年祝福一起组合，这个大家仁者见仁。至于内容形式，需要强调的是针对不同用户，要有不同的特点，不要千篇一律。心意很重要，外贸固然有着一套专业的流程与技巧，但归根到底还是人与人的交往，而交往就需要用心。你的祝福邮件一定要走心，让客户打开之后，就感觉你很重视他们的节日，可以制作个祝福海报。客户看到了你的用心，知道你的诚意，不回复也不好意思。 需要注意的是，有一些国家是不过圣诞节的，以下仅供参考：主要有阿联酋、叙利亚、约旦、伊拉克、也门、巴勒斯坦、埃及、利比亚、阿尔及利亚、阿曼、苏丹、索马里、摩洛哥、突尼斯、卡塔尔、吉布提、黎巴嫩、毛里塔尼亚、巴林等二十多个国家。

#2什么时候发邮件比较合适？

发早了，显得没有气氛；发晚了，人家又准备过节没有时间看。那该如何把握这个时间点？一个美国客户是这样跟我说的，圣诞节一个星期前就有浓烈的圣诞气氛，所以基本选择在这个时候发，占据时间优势。

邮件可以提前发，回复率比较高，节日当天也可以发一次，想想咱们除夕春节当天收到的祝福就知道了。
