Field Application Engineer

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

- Support NXP’s wireless and connectivity solutions.

- Drive demand creation and design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the NXP business lines.

- Provide technical skills & support to NXP’s sales staff and work with NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer.

- Work closely with sales, marketing to promote NXP Wi-Fi and Bluetooth product & corresponding vertical solutions to customer.

- Be major technical window to customer, providing project management to ensure customer project success.

- Provide technical supporting for product benchmarking, identifying and clarifying any technical issues of customer product design.

Requirements:

- Master of electrical engineering, computing science or relevant disciplines.

- Minimum 3 years‘ working experience in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity area.

- Strong software skills, better to have experience in wireless gateway products software design.

- Experience on Linux programming experience, kernel and driver experience is plus.

- Knowledge of operating system, Linux/Android Kernel and BSP programming.

- Knowledge of Wi-Fi RF performance calibration.

- Good communication skills internally and externally, strong learning skill is a must.

Field Application Engineer

- Support NXP’s MPU applications processors ( LayerScape ) & solutions.

- Drive demand creation and design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the NXP business lines.

- Provide technical skills & support to NXP’s sales staff and will work with the NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer.

- Work closely with sales, marketing to promote NXP MPU product & corresponding vertical solutions to customer

- Major technical window to customer, provide project management to ensure customer project success.

- Provide technical supporting for processor benchmark  & customer product design

Requirements:

- Master of electrical engineering, computing science or relevant disciplines.

- Minimum 3 years‘ working experience in high performance ARM multi-core platform.

- Familiar with embedded hardware knowledge of high-speed I/O program include network accelerator, pcie etc.

- Deep understanding on Linux networking protocol.

- Linux programming, kernel and driver experience is must.

- Knowledge of wifi and 5G is plus.

- Excellent communication skills internally and externally, strong learning skill is a must.

- Good English in both oral & writing.

MPU Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Provide highly technical support to customer around the world designing with i.MX AP products (i.MX6/7/8) via email, phone, etc.

- Become the technical expert on i.MX AP products.

- Improve customer satisfaction by following up on client complaints.

- Collaborate with other teams to improve our offering enhancing our Customer’s experience.

- Enhance you technical knowledge participating in:

· Development/revision of documentation

· Writing/reviewing Application Notes

· Testing silicon modules and software drivers

· Creating/providing trainings

· Working on development projects

· Reviewing SW/Schematics/Layouts from Customers

Requirements:

- Master of embedded software, electrical engineering, computing science or relevant disciplines.

- New graduated or 1~2yrs working experience.

- Knowledge in operating system, Experience in Linux/Android Kernel or BSP programming.

- Familiar with embedded hardware design, knowledge in popular I/O interfaces & high-speed circuit design.

- Excellent communication in English (written or spoken).

- Good contact and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

- SW coding in C.

- Capability of system analysis and debugging including some HW aspects like buses (I2C, SPI, UART).

- Experience in Linux kernel and driver development is preferred.

Principal Software Engineer

Sales Operations Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

- Lead Revenue/order loading, POS (Point of Sales) and MOS (Month of Sales) discussions, target setting and forecast in assigned distribution accounts as direct and key interface.

- Roll-up forecasts across assigned distributors, and challenge the inputs based on observed patterns (historical, analytical tools, ...) and develop scenarios.

- Roll-up performance (Revenue/POS/MOS) across assigned distributors, and coordinate with other regions for a global view on distributor performance.

- Track and challenge distribution account operational performance through commercial intensity and data analytics empowered by comprehensive data sources, and advanced processes and systems.

- Manage anomalies, resolve operational issues and drive signing-off and delivery of the forecast/target.

- Drive maximization of Revenue, POS, inventory efficiency in assigned distribution accounts through optimization tools, supply chain coordination, etc.

- Conduct regular business review in liaison with Corporate Account Management and Regional Sales team; Distill insights based on observable patterns and drive improvement in performance metrics.

- Manage executive relationships with distributors for Revenue/POS/MOS management, developing deep and trusted relationships with key decision makers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in sales & marketing, electrical engineering or relevant disciplines.

- Minimum 8 years of working experience in sales operations/distribution management/commercial marketing/sales function in semiconductor multinational companies.

- Possession of well-developed frameworks, processes and toolkits in account management, sales and sales operations.

- Strong analytical problem-solving, coordination and influencing skills; capable of driving the numbers and meeting target.

- Good team player, who can collaborate effectively with peers and drive internal alignment
