亲爱的同学们、嘉人们，
大家好！
明代的三不朽圣人王阳明先生说：“志不立，天下无可成之事。”“志之不立，犹不种其根而徒事培壅灌溉，劳苦无成矣。”乔布斯当初被自己创建的苹果公司踢出局后，还能另起炉灶，又创出一番新的天地，就是他因为怀揣梦想，坚持做自己喜欢的事情。我们今天就来谈谈梦想.
人生就是要找到自己的所爱，在每一年海嘉都会有一个开学主题，2018年的主题是：心怀大梦，启航海嘉。海嘉是个让孩子找到梦想、为梦想而奋斗的地方。让我们一起来听一听海嘉孩子们的梦想。

从小我就想成为一名工程师,因为我的发现,能使人们的生活更加便利。

说到梦想这个词大多数人可能会想到以后想上哪所大学，想找什么样的工作。但我的梦想是能把我的爱好变成一份工作，因为只有这样我才能真正体会到天天为生活奋斗是多么的快乐。虽然我的梦想在别人眼中可能并不伟大，但是想要真正实现却非常困难。
谭蔼婷 （G11）
我的梦想是有一天能够让自己自由的选择想做的事情，并且靠自己给世界一点意义。一般大家都会梦想去当一些职业，但是我更渴望自由，想把自己喜欢的事情都体验个遍！如果未来可以，我希望能做一名环游世界给人来带欢乐的自媒体人。正是因为这个梦想，我从小就开始关注各种媒体平台，初中的时候钻研视频剪辑，经过不断的努力，我在学校里发布的lifefilmers视频系列收到了许多人的喜爱和欢笑声！（我觉挺值的）所以我觉得找到自己的梦想特别重要，因为它能转换为我努力的最大动力，推动我去突破自己，比如我从一个胆小的舞台恐惧症者变成了一个乐观外向的人，就这样，梦想让我理解到了我的人生目的。

我的终极目标之一是通过艺术和写作给予我们更多思想开拓的空间和思考。我也希望能通过我现有的平台尽可能的传播更多善意和包容。我非常感恩海嘉从小到大都陪伴着我成长。
我是因为爱这个世界而来，
为了继续我伟大美好无私的梦想而来，
我要成为这个世界最美的种子，
让世界因我而美丽！

Dear Students and BIBA Family,
Mr. Wang Yangming, one of the sage of Ming Dynasty, once said: "if there is no ambitions\ there is no way to achieve anything in the world." "If you don't set up your goal, just like you grow a plant without its roots, no matter how hard you cultivate and irrigate it, you will get nothing in the end" .
When Mr. Jobs was kicked out by the Apple that he founded, what made him raise up again and started another successful business. It was the dream he always has and insisted on doing what he loved. Yes, today we are talking about dreams: (please see the video)
Life is to find what you love. Every year, BIBA has different theme for the school season. The theme in 2018 was “Dream BIG”. BIBA is a place where children can find their dream and work hard to get ready for their dreams. Let’s hear from BIBA students. (please see the video)

Since I was young, I wanted to become an engineer, who can make peoples' life more convenient with my new discoveries.

When we are talking about dreams, most people may think about what university they wanna go to? what kind of job they want to find? But my dream is to turn one of my hobby into my future job, because this is the only way that I can enjoy the time of working. I can imagine many people may think this dream is very vague and not a glorious goal to achieve, but I would say this is the hardest challenge most people will face in their career.

My dream is that I wish one day I could choose things according to my volition and allow myself to devote a piece of meaning to the world. Normally, people would say that they dream to become a certain figure, but I desire freedom of life more. I want to live a wonderful and meaningful life experiencing everything I favor. If possible, I wish one day I could become a WE media person who travel around the world to spread happiness! Because I have this dream, I started to study video editing and heterogenous media platforms since I was a six grader, after a few years accumulation of efforts, BIBA Life Filmers video series I established in high school turned out to be fond by many people; which I did brought joy to our school. I believe finding a dream is very importent because it cant transform into my biggest impetus to endeavor, pushing myself to my limits. For example, this dream made me became a optimistic "chatterbox" from a timid introvert. Therefore, dreams allowed me to find the directions and realize the purpose of my life.

One of my ultimate life ambitions is to appreciate and use arts to explore the inner thoughts and creavities of us humans. I hope I am able to help as much people in need during my life time, and I am very grateful for all the support from the BIBA community.
I come because I love this world, I come because I want to continue my great, and beautiful dream, I want to be the most beautiful seed in this world, let the world be beautiful because of me!
