主讲人：郑新业 中国人民大学应用经济学院院长、教授、博士生导师

主讲人简介：

郑新业，现任中国人民大学应用经济学院院长、教授、博士生导师，研究方向为能源和碳经济、产业与数字经济、全球化与全球政策协同。入选国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才、中宣部文化名家暨“四个一批”人才，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。兼任中国人民大学中国乡村振兴研究员特聘研究员，财政部财政风险研究专家工作室执行牵头人、南方电网专家委员会委员等。出版英文专著一部，中文著作八部，主持多项国家自然科学基金和国家发改委、财政部、生态环境保护部及国家能源局等机构的重要课题，就能源体制改革、生态环境保护等给政府机关部门、亚洲开发银行等国际机构以及国内外的企业提供专业意见。

Speaker: Zheng Xinye, Dean, Professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Applied Economics, Renmin University of China

Dr. Zheng Xinye is currently Dean, Professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Applied Economics, Renmin University of China. His research interests include energy and carbon economy, industry and digital economy, globalization and global policy synergy. He is selected as the leading talents of philosophy and social sciences of the National "Ten Thousand People Plan", cultural celebrities of Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China of the "Four in One Batche", and enjoy the special government allowance of The State Council. He is also a distinguished researcher of China Rural Revitalization Research Institute of Renmin University of China, executive leader of the expert Studio of Fiscal Risk Research of the Ministry of Finance, and member of the Expert Committee of China Southern Power Grid. He has Published a English book, eight Chinese books and hosted a number of national natural science fund and the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, the ecological environment protection department and the National Energy Administration institutions such as the important subject, energy reform, ecological environment protection to the government departments, the Asian development bank and other international institutions and enterprises at home and abroad to provide professional opinions.
