YANG Xun graduated from Fudan University China with an LL.B degree and LL.M degree. He also obtained an LL.M. degree from Columbia University, U.S.
Xun specializes in Intellectual Property Protection, Cyber Security and Information Governance, Privacy, Unfair-competition, and regulatory matters in life science and TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) sectors.
Prior to joining Llinks, Xun worked for renowned international law firms including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Simmons & Simmons in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London and other international cities for 15 years.
Xun is regularly invited to contribute expertise for reputable legal publications such as China Law & Practice, Data Guidance, Computer and Technology Law Review, and E-Commerce Law Practitioner.
Xun has been listed by Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer in both IP and TMT areas. He has also been listed by Business Law Journal as a recommended lawyer in the life science area.
David Pan

David graduated from Harvard Law School with a LL.M. and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Shanghai Jiao Tong University China. David is admitted to practice law both in China and New York State, U.S.
David has more than 19-years of practice experience in China and U.S. He has gained in-depth knowledge on Chinese and international commercial cultures and legal systems.
David specializes in Compliance (data and privacy, anti-corruption and antitrust), Corporate and Commerce, M&A, Cross-border Transactions and PE/VC.
Prior to joining Llinks Law Offices, David worked for two well-known Chinese law firms, and most recently worked for a Fortune 500 Company as its APAC General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
David has been highly recommended for a wide range of corporate practices by his clients including MNCs, Chinese SOEs and private clients.
David is qualified to serve on the board of PRC listed companies as an independent director. He is also listed as a recommended antitrust and competition lawyer by Legal 500 and a recommended corporate and compliance lawyer by Chambers.
