Location: Shanghai, China

Package: Competitive salary range between RMB 8,500 - RMB 9,500, based on matched qualification and experiences.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive, to work as part of the CBBC project team based in Shanghai. You will possess excellent research and analytical capabilities, project management skills and established business knowledge to support the writing of high-quality market research reports and be proactive in event management, social media marketing and public communications.

You should be a confident and energetic team player and also a very strong team leader who is keen to work on a diverse range of trade promotion activities in a fast-growing market.

Our Education team plays a key role in revenue generation for CBBC. The Project Executive in East China will play an important role within the team to support achievement of sector client delivery targets. The job holder will be required to co-ordinate activities and tasks in higher education and vocational education for the sector team across China. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in China and UK’s Education industries and familiarity with the market landscape across all education extended areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality research and trade services events to UK businesses in China.

Experience in the sector is desirable; however excellent market research skills and report writing in English are the fundamental requirements.

Main Responsibilities: 

• As a Project Executive, you should be able to assist implementation of projects and research independently or as a project team;

  配合团队，独立完成分配的调研项目任务；

• Analysing market intelligence on a range of industry sectors and production of reports; 

  收集，分析，整理行业相关的各项数据，提供最前沿的市场资讯并完成总结该报告；

• Write, compile and polish research reports to high standards in English; 

  撰写、编辑、优化研究报告；

• Lead or assist in trade missions and other events specific to your assigned sector; 

  主导或参与支持贸易访问团以及行业相关的其他各项活动；

• Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts and stakeholders; 

  与业界建立和保持良好的关系；

• Contributing to the CBBC project teams by developing and sharing knowledge, thought leadership and solutions。

  通过资源开发和知识共享，给团队提供切实可行的解决方案；

Job Requirements:

Essential

• Bachelor degree or above 

  本科以上学历；

• Excellent written and spoken English 

  卓越的英文语言表达及写作能力；

• Good project management skills

  良好的项目管理技能；

• Excellent data processing and IT skills 

  卓越的数据挖掘、分析、加工整理能力；

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  卓越的文字处理、语言表达能力；

• Good knowledge and experience with social media platforms

  熟悉使用自媒体平台；

• Good interpersonal skills

  良好的人际交往技能与沟通能力；

• Able to multi-task

  工作思路清晰，能够同时应对处理多项工作；

• Strong attention to detail, Self-motivated, with a flexible and entrepreneurial style of working

  工作条理性强、细致严谨、较强的责任心和事业心，较强的逻辑分析、计划执行与应变能力。

Desirable

• A Master’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, education, business；

  市场、传播、项目管理、教育、商业等相关专业硕士学历

• 1-2 years proven working experience in the vocational education sector.

  1-2年职业教育领域相关工作经验；

• Being the alumni of a UK university or having international study experience

  留学英国或有海外学习经历，了解英国教育体系。

This job holder will report into the Director, Knowledge Economy.

The gross annual package for this position is RMB 110.5K – 123.5K.
