随着老龄化和人口增加,痴呆症已经成为全球性问题,为社会带来了巨大的负担。然而,当前,尚无预防和改善痴呆症的有效治疗措施。不过,近年来,许多研究发现,饮食模式如地中海饮食等与痴呆症的患病风险存在密切联系。
那么,我们是否可以通过膳食预防痴呆症呢?

主要内容:
● 据预估,到 2050 年,全球痴呆症发病率将为现在三倍,目前尚未有有效治疗措施
● 改善饮食行为或可降低痴呆症的风险和发病率
