Summer is just around the corner, and parents know what that means – summer camps galore! We’ll feature two summer camps in each post to help you round up all the most suitable options for your children.

STEM summer camps

Forest Club and iReadLibrary offer STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) summer camps in Beijing from July to August. These STEM activities are suitable for kids ages 5-8 and 9-11.

The company is honored to bring the CREST Awards from the British Science Association (BSA) to their summer camps. All activities will be carried out based on the BSA’s standards and kids will get their certificates issued by the BSA when they successfully finish 8 challenges. Each day, there will be both indoor and outdoor activities based on different themes such as floatation, eyesight, colors, sounds, and more.

All the activities will be delivered in English and Chinese, with a teacher student ratio of 1:5. This is a daily camp (9am-4pm) with transportation and lunch included.

ClubFootball summer camp

ClubFootball summer football camps run for Grades 1 through 5 every week of summer at ISB, and selected weeks at Dongfeng Park. Camps are taught by qualified coaches from UK & Europe and develop not only football skills, but also teamwork, decision-making leadership and all the other social and psychological skills that football brings! Above all, camps are fun!

The camp focuses on skills development, taught through fun holiday games and activities. Each day has a special theme, from learning the 1v1 skills of the tricky winger on Day 1, through to the fundamentals of goalkeeping and a World Cup tournament on Day 4!
