暨南大学是中国第一所由国家创办的华侨学府，是目前全国外招生最多的大学，是国家“211工程”重点综合性大学。暨南大学法学始于1927年，时为法律系。1930年成立法学院，系中国最早设立的法学院校之一。2001年复设法学院，2004年成立华南地区首家知识产权学院，2011年“两院”并轨运行。历经九十余载的风雨历程，现正以崭新的面貌展现于世人面前，成为全国首批“卓越法律人才教育培养基地”、全国大学生校外实践基地以及广东省优势重点学科。

Jinan University, the first university of overseas Chinese founded by the state, with the largest foreign student among the country currently, is the national 211 Project of key comprehensive university. The legal education of Jinan University has started from 1927, which was the Law Department at that time. In 1930, it founded Law School, which was one of the earliest law schools in China. In 2001, the Law School was officially reestablished. In 2004, it founded its Intellectual Property College, which was the first one in South China. In 2011, the Law School and the Intellectual Property College were operating at the same time. The Law School (Intellectual Property College) has shown its new look to the world after over 90 years’ hard journey. And now it has been selected into the national first batch of educational training bases for excellent legal talents, become the national college students practice base outside school, and its discipline of Law has been approved as the preponderant key disciplines in Guangdong Province.

目前学院已经形成以法学和知识产权本科教育为基础，以法学硕士一级学科科学学位和法律硕士专业学位（JM）研究生培养为主体，以法学一级学科博士学位研究生培养为高地的层次完整的法学人才培养体系。学院下设法律学系和知识产权系，拥有民商法学、经济法学、宪法与行政法学、刑法学、诉讼法学、理论法学、国际法学、知识产权法学，以及法治化营商环境、知识产权与法治、网络与电子商务法、金融商法、侨务法、港澳基本法等教学和科研机构。知识产权与法治研究中心系华南唯一的知识产权法领域省级人文社会科学重点研究基地，广东省地方立法研究评估与咨询服务基地、广东省知识产权培训基地系为国家和地方法治服务的重要智库。国家知识产权局、国务院侨办、广东省政府和广州市政府正协同推进“广州知识产权人才培养基地”建设。有国家级国家双语示范课程1门，省级及校级精品课程和精品资源共享课程30多门，综合实力位居全国高校法学院系前列。

In Law School, there are Law Department and Intellectual Property Department, including the following teaching and research institutes: Civil and Commercial Law Institute, Economic Law Institute, Constitution and Administration Law Institute, Criminal Law Institute, Litigation Institute, Theory of Law Institute, International Law Institute, the Intellectual Property Rights Institute, the Rule of Law in Business Environment Institute, Intellectual Property Rights and the Rule of Law Institute, Internet & E-Commerce Law Institute, Financial Law Institute, Overseas Chinese Affairs Law Institute, the Basic Law of Hong Kong & Macao Institute and so on. The Intellectual Property Rights and the Rule of Law Research Center is the only provincial key research center for social science in the field of intellectual property law. It is also the base of Guangdong Province local legislation research assessment and advisory service, as well as Guangdong Province Intellectual Property Rights training base，which is the important think-tank for the country and local law service. The State Intellectual Property Office, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Guangdong provincial government and Guangzhou government are cooperatively promoting the construction of Guangzhou Intellectual Property Talent Training Base. The Law School has one state-level bilingual demonstration course and over 30 excellent courses at provincial and school level. Its comprehensive strength is ranked in top among domestic law schools.

一、招聘方向

法学理论、民商法、经济法、宪法与行政法、刑法、诉讼法、和国际法，特别是法治化营商环境、侨务法、知识产权、金融商法、网络与电子商务法、港澳基本法、竞争法等新兴领域。

1. Discipline for the recruitment

Theory of Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Economic Law, Constitution and Administration Law, Criminal Law, Litigation, International Law, especially the new fields such as the Rule of Law in Business Environment, Overseas Chinese Affairs Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Internet & E-Commerce Law, the Basic Law of Hong Kong & Macao, Competition Law and so on.

二、人选基本条件

1.领军人才：已获得长江、杰青荣誉，或其他学术地位水平与此相当的人选，年龄在55岁及以下。

2.杰出人才：已获得优秀青年基金获得者、青年拔尖人才、青年长江、珠江学者、广东省特支计划领军人才等荣誉，或其他学术地位水平与此相当的人选，年龄在47岁以下。

3.拔尖人才：入围优秀青年基金获得者、青年拔尖人才、珠江学者等答辩、会议评审，或其他学术地位水平与此相当的人选，年龄在40岁及以下。

4．青年骨干科研人才：海内外具有较好发展潜力的优秀博士、博士后，有标志性研究成果，年龄在35岁以下。

2.  Basic requirements for candidates

1) Leading talent: take honor in Thousand Talent Program, Cheung Kong Scholars Program, National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars program or other equivalent level of academic status, age of 55 and below.

2) Outstanding talent: take honor in Thousand Talents program, National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars Program, Outstanding Young Scholars Program, the Youth of the Yangtze Program, Zhujiang Scholars Program, special branch program of leading talent of Guangdong Province and other equivalent level of academic status, age of 47 and below.

3) Top-notch personnel: selected in the defense and conference assessment of Thousand Talents program, National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars program, Outstanding Young Scholars Program, Zhujiang Scholars Program, or other equivalent level of academic status, age of 40 and below.

4) Outstanding youth backbone of scientific research talents：doctors, post doctors with excellent development potential at home and abroad, having landmark study findings, age of 35 and below.
