为振兴泰国旅游行业，考虑到全球疫情情况和泰国国内疫情防控形势的好转，泰国放宽入境隔离限制，分四个阶段开放接种过新冠疫苗的旅客入境：

In order to revitalize Thailand's tourism industry, considering the global COVID-19 situation and the improvement of Thailand's domestic epidemic prevention and control, Thailand has relaxed entry quarantine restrictions and passengers who have been vaccinated will be allowed to enter the country in four stages:

第一阶段，4月1日起在旅行日前不少于14天完成泰国公共卫生部认证的新冠疫苗接种并获得疫苗接种证明的外国旅客进入包括普吉、甲米、攀牙、苏梅岛、芭提雅、清迈等在内的试点地区，在当地酒店或指定地点隔离时间自14天缩短至7天。

In the first stage, foreign passengers who have completed and obtained the vaccination certified by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand enter the pilot areas, including: Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga, Koh Samui, Pattaya and Chiang Mai. The isolation time in local hotels or designated locations has been shortened from 14 days to 7 days.

第二阶段，7月1日起持有新冠疫苗接种证明且核酸检测为阴性的外国旅客，进入普吉岛无需隔离。在普吉岛待满7天后可前往泰国其他地区，但仍须在当地酒店隔离7天。

In the second stage, foreign passengers with vaccination certificate and negative nucleic acid test will enter Phuket without qurantine from July 1. After 7 days in Phuket, they can go to other parts of Thailand, but they still have to the quarantine in the local hotel for 7 days.

第三阶段，10月1日起持有新冠疫苗接种证明且核酸检测为阴性的外国旅客，进入甲米、攀牙、苏梅岛、芭提雅、清迈等示范区无需隔离，但须待够7天后方可前往其它地区。

In the third stage, from October 1, foreign passengers with the vaccination certificate and negative nucleic acid test will enter the pilot areas of Krabi, Phang Nga, Koh Samui, Pattaya and Chiang Mai without isolation, but they can go to other areas after seven days.

第四阶段，2022年第一季度开始，持有新冠疫苗接种证明的外国旅客入境泰国无需隔离，可以正常活动。

In the fourth stage, from the first quarter of 2022, foreign passengers holding the vaccination certificate can enter into Thailand without quarantine.

Q2:如果持有泰国公共卫生部认证的疫苗接种证明前往试点区，是否只需隔离7天？

If going to the pilot areas with the vaccination certificate, do foreign passengers only need to isolate for 7 days?

旅客在抵达时必须向防控中心相关人员出示疫苗接种证明（纸质原版或者电子版打印件），其隔离期将由国际传染病防控中心相关人员审核后决定。

Passengers must present vaccination certificate (with an original paper or a printed vaccination certificate) at the port of arrival. The quarantine period will be determined by the Health Control officers upon arriving in Thailand.

Q3:如果没有接种泰国公共卫生部认证的疫苗，需要隔离几天？

If the foreign passengers have not been vaccinated with a vaccine certified by the Ministry of public health of Thailand, how many days of quarantine they should have?

自4月1日起，泰国将缩减外国游客入泰的隔离时间，从原本的14天缩短为10天，入境游客必须持核酸检测阴性证明。该项政策不包括南非、辛巴威、莫桑比克、博茨瓦纳、赞比亚、肯尼亚、卢旺达、喀麦隆、刚果、迦纳、坦桑尼亚11个变异毒株的国家。以上11国的外国游客入境泰国仍需隔离14天。

From April 1, Thailand will reduce the isolation time for foreign passengers to Thailand, from the original 14 days to 10 days. Inbound passengers must hold anucleic acid test negative certificate. The policy does not include South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia, Kenya, Rwanda, Cameroon, Congo, Ghana, Tanzania. Foreign passengers from the above 11 countries still need to be quarantined for 14 days.

Q4:目前入境泰国只需办理签证就可以了吗？

At present, do foreigners only need to apply for a visa to enter into Thailand？

在成功拿到签证后，需要通过网站https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/线上申请入境许可证（COE)。申请人必须在出行日期前至少7个工作日提交入境许可证申请，上传机票行程单和官方指定隔离酒店的确认单。整个审批流程需5-15个工作日,具体时长取决于申请人提交资料的完善情况。

After successfully getting the visa, foreign passengers need to go through the online website https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/ to apply for an entry permit (COE). The applicant must submit an application for an entry permit at least 7 working days before the travel date, upload the plane ticket and the confirmation form of the officially designated isolation hotel. The whole approval process takes 5-15 working days, and the specific time depends on the improvement of the information submitted by the applicant.

Q5:需要购买保险吗？

Do they need to buy insurance?

保险是必须要购买的，有效期需至少三个月并覆盖在泰停留时长，保险保额不低于10万美元，适用于新冠，以支付在泰国的医疗费用。

Insurance must be purchased, valid for at least three months and covering the length of stay in Thailand. The amount of insurance is not less than 100,000 US dollars, which is applicable to COVID-19 to cover the medical expenses in Thailand.

Q6:抵达泰国，需要准备出示哪些文件？

安装“Thailand Plus”应用程序，抵达后出示注册结果；
Install the "Thailand Plus" application and show the registration results upon arrival
有效泰国签证；
Valid Thai visa
入境许可证（COE）彩色打印件；
Color print of entry permit (COE)
疫苗接种证明-纸质版或者电子版打印件（适用于已完全接种的旅客）或出发前72小时内的新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明，限定使用RT-PCR实验检测方法（适用于未接种疫苗的旅客）
Vaccination certificate - paper or electronic printed copies (applicable to passengers who have been fully vaccinated) or negative certificate of nucleic acid detection of COVID-19 within 72 hours before departure limited use of RT-PCR test method (applicable to passengers who have not been vaccinated).
