「案例分享3」外籍人员更换工作单位和城市，办理证件之注意事项

With the opening-up and development of China, more and more foreigners come to work in China. During the epidemic period, it is more and more common for foreigners to continue to stay in China and work in other cities after finishing their assignment in one city. Today, we will see how to apply for relevant permits when foriengers decide to move from one city to another. Let's take an example of an applicant moving from Shanghai to Wuxi.

Mr. R originally worked in a foreign invested company in Shanghai, before his assignment in Shanghai finishes, he received a job offer from another company in Wuxi, Mr. R decided to accept the offer and move to Wuxi.

R先生原来就职于上海的一家外企，在其上海任职即将结束之际，收到位于无锡的另一家企业的Offer，R先生决定接受Offer去无锡工作。

There was a small episode in the process of applying his relevant permits in Wuxi. In Shanghai, the requirement for a Category A work permit through salary commitments is that the monthly salary must be 50,000 RMB and above, while in Wuxi Category A work permit salary requirements exceeds RMB 50,000 (refer to local the average salary of the city). Since Mr. R’s basic salary is exactly between the two, Mr. R can only apply for a work permit in Wuxi with as Category B.

办理其无锡相关证件的过程中出了一点小插曲。在上海通过薪资承诺方式办理A类工作许可证的要求是每月薪资需达到5万人民币及以上，而无锡A类工作许可证对于薪资的要求（参考当地社平均工资）超过了5万人民币。由于R先生的基本薪资正好位于两者之间，于是在无锡R先生只能以参照B类办理条件申请工作许可证。

Luckily, we have reminded Mr. R in advance to prepare the degree and no criminal record and legalize them. In the end, we successfully helped Mr.R obtained Category B work permit referring to the B-type conditions for foreign professionals with a bachelor’s degree or above and 2 years and above related work experience.

我们已经提前提醒R先生准备学位的认证件以及无犯罪记录的认证，最终我们参照B类条件具有学士及以上学位和2年及以上相关工作经历的外国专业人才成功为R先生办理出工作许可证。
