解禁！8月起中国留学生可直飞美国
4月27日，美国国务院官方网站发布了一则重要消息：2021年8月1日之后开学的，包含中国在内的几个国家留学生，可以自动获得NIE(国家利益豁免条件)豁免！这对于留学生群体来说，无疑是近期最大的实质性好消息。
On April 27, the official website of the US State Department released an important news：Students from several countries, including China, who start learn after August 1, 2021, can automatically obtain NIE (National Interest Exception) exemption! This is undoubtedly the most substantial and good news for international students.
持有效F-1或M-1签证且课程是2021年8月1日及以后开课的学生，无须去使领馆申请即可获得NIE豁免旅行。
Students who have valid F-1 or M-1 visas and course students who have classes on and after August 1, 2021, can obtain.
未持有F-1或M-1签证的学生，可以联系就近的美国使领馆寻求签证服务。获得签证后，即可自动获得NIE赴美旅行豁免。
Students who do not hold F-1 or M-1 visa can contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate for visa services. After obtaining the visa, you can automatically obtain the NIE travel exemption to the United States.

F-1:
