步骤1：进入航空通行证申请通道：https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/STO1/ATP。
Entry Air Travel Pass apply web:https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/STO1/ATP.
步骤2：注册你的姓名和邮箱。
Registered the name and Email.
步骤3：注册邮箱将收到OTP，并输入验证码。
Registered Email address will get OTP, input the OTP and verification.
步骤4：选择你目前所在的地区。
Select the Departure area.
步骤5：点击蓝色的两个链接后，勾选“同意”。
Click the blue color link, check “I Agree”.
步骤6：选择需要出发的日期。
Select the date of departure.
步骤7：填写您的具体信息。
Input you details.
步骤8:三个工作日后，将收到一份邮件，它将告知需提前成功支付新冠检测费用后，ATP申请才可获批准。
You will receive a e-mail about pay for the Covid-19 PCR test fee, Then ATP application will be approved.
步骤9：在邮件中规定的有效时间内登录网址进行注册并填写相关信息，最后付款。等待最终的航空通行证被批准。
Log in to the website within the effective time specified in the email, register and fill in relevant information, and finally pay. Waiting for the final Air Travel Pass to be approved.

申请人只能选择自申请之日起3至60天内的入境日期。
Applicants can only choose the date of entry within 3 to 60 days from the date of application.
申请有一个错误。需要提交新的申请吗？如果是，可以要求之前的申请退款吗？

必须提交新的申请。必须确保申请过程中提交的信息准确无误。已获批准的申请将不予退款。
You must ensure that the information submitted during the application process isaccurate. Approved applications will not be refunded.
可以更改旅行者的入境日期吗？
Can I change the date of entry for travelers?
一旦申请被批准，不允许更改入境日期。如果有特殊情况需要更改日期的，可以联系移民局并提供旅行者的详细信息，包括护照号、FIN号(如适用)和批准参考号。
If the date needs to be changed under special circumstances, you can contact the Immigration Department and provide the traveler's details, including passport number, FIN number (if applicable) and approval reference number.
已经完成了申请付款。没有收到批准信。该怎么办？
The application for payment has been completed，but no approval letter was received. What should I do?
预约的核酸检测付款后不久，批准信将作为电子邮件从(SafeTravelOffice@ica.gov.sg)安全旅行办公室发送到申请人提供的电子邮件地址。这是在申请过程中发送电子邮件验证动态口令的电子邮件地址。根据收件人的电子邮件设置，批准信可以在收件人的垃圾邮件或垃圾邮件文件夹中找到。
The approval letter will be sent as an email from（SafeTravelOffice@ica.gov.sg）. Depending on the recipient's e-mail settings, the approval letter can be found in the recipient's junk e-mail.
如果问题仍然存在，请通过查询表联系移民局，并且内容要包含以下信息:申请参考号;联系方式;您的申请状态或付款发票的截图。申请中未说明的请求，将不予受理。

大约20分钟不活动后，用户必须重新提交以前输入的任何应用程序详细信息。这是为了防止对应用程序数据的任何未经授权的访问。
After approximately 20 minutes of inactivity, the user must resubmit any previously entered application details.
