The intro

(Listening Comprehension)

Before we explore 好拽 in English, in Cantonese, 好拽 is 好寸. So we say, "嘩, 條友仔好寸喔". Now in English, there ISN'T a direct translation for it. So, depending on the situation, 好拽 can mostly be translated into the word "cocky". For those who watch football, then you would know, Jose Mourinho(职业足球教练) is a very cocky person. Or, maybe you have a friend who studies in Cambridge or Stanford University, then he would most likely be a very cocky person.

There is also another word for 好拽, it is "snobbish". A snobbish person thinks he or she is better or more superior than a normal human being. So we can say, "Mary is very snobbish", or "Mary is a bit of a snob". She doesn't talk to 宅男 like Ken.
