Definition: Not willing to do something and therefore slow to do it.

勉强的；不情愿的

She gave a reluctant smile.

Hello there, this is Mr.Wong speaking. You see, I'm a gamer, I mean I would be a hardcore gamer or maybe even pro if it wasn't for work(如果不是因为要工作的话). So yeah, I used to go this arcade(电玩城/电玩游戏中心) in the mall when I was young, and I was surprised that this place is still open to this day.

So I did what any gamer would do, which is to have some fun, right? Haha, I popped in a quarter(投下了一个25分钱的美元硬币) and started playing street fighter(电玩游戏：《街头霸王》).

Oh man, this brings back the memories! They had tournaments back in the day, but I couldn't compete because I was too young at the time… Yeah, those were the days.... I had such a good time, I was reluctant to leave, until the owner kicked me out of the arcade because they were closing. Oh, and speaking the word "reluctant," that's gonna be our word of the day, let's check it out!
