岗位一：

Content Moderation Manager

     岗位职责

• develope and update content policies for products and reviews, outline the types of content that are or are not allowed on the platform
• develope and update content review process and standards
• responsible for content crisis response and management
• manage and supervise external agents to review content based on content policies

• deep understanding of content policies of advertising channels
• connections to content review teams of advertising channels preferred
• proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
• detail-oriented with executive maturity, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization

岗位二：

海外市场营销

    岗位职责

• 负责Temu项目的市场营销工作，依据增长目标，制定对应营销策略并落地包含站内专题运营，广告投放创意生产，EDM内容策划，海外达人营销，SNS平台运营等多项工作；
• 负责挖掘海外用户需求，分析用户喜好，挖掘产品亮点，创作相关内容及独立把控创意质量，为转化效果负责；
• 通过数据分析、用户研究和产品卖点洞察，持续优化内容策略，提升数据效果；
• 熟悉增长方法论，了解各大社媒平台（Facebook、Tiktok、Instagram、Youtube），能不断输出创意和玩法，推动落地，持续优化迭代
  
  
  任职要求
  
  
• 有海外留学经历，可以将英语作为工作语言，有海外用户增长经验优先
• 对欧美时尚趋势、流行元素、文化圈层有深刻的理解，有Marketing相关经验优先
• 内容判断力及策划能力强，熟悉Facebook/Google/Snapchat/Twitter等海外主流平台玩法，有较强的用户分析能力，能够准确洞察用户的内容偏好
