This role is a key position within the British Embassy’s Political team, operating at the heart of the UK-China relationship. It is a fantastic opportunity to contribute towards a better UK-China understanding, and to develop the relationships which help strengthen the political and social connections between these two countries.
Bachelor Degree or above (preferably in an analytical/journalist/political related subject)
Skills/experience in conducting book, media & internet-based research, preferably within an academic or Chinese government context
Ability to conduct ad hoc translation and interpretation to a good standard
IT skills/experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Knowledge of China’s political system or relevant social issues
Highly proficient in English and Chinese
Advanced Degree in related subject with experience conducting policy analysis of China
Past experience of working in or with the UK
Past experience and/or existing contacts within Beijing-based academics and media specialists

PROFIL
Formation universitaire (BAC + 3-5) en commerce, langues étrangères, ingénieur
Actuellement inscrit(e) à l'université chinoise
Niveau de chinois : langue maternelle
Niveau de français : excellent (lu, parlé, écrit)
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et organisationnelles
La connaissance préalable des thématiques susmentionnées (Technologies, Services, Aéronautique) est un atout
Sens du contact et de l’initiative et de la gestion des tâches simultanées

香港特区政府28日公布首份香港人才清单，以吸引世界各地人才赴港，配合香港经济的高增值和多元化发展。
这份人才清单包含11个专业
资深废物处理专家或工程师
资深资产管理专才
资深海运保险专才
精算师
资深金融科技专才
资深数据科学家及资深网络安全专家
创新及科技专家，其中包括但不限于药物学及生命科学或生物科技、数据工程、人工智能、机械人技术、生物辨识技术、工业或化学工程、材料科学或纳米科技等
造船师
轮机工程师及船舶总管
创意产业专才，其中包括音乐方面的录音工程师、母带工程师、黑胶唱片的刻录／压铸工程师、数码娱乐方面的游戏开发专家、游戏制作人、电影方面指定著名国际电影节的获奖者
专门解决国际金融及国家与投资者之间纠纷的争议解决专才
拥有处理来自投资或东道国跨境交易的专门知识及经验的业务交易律师。
特区政府表示，清单凸显了香港经济发展最需要的具体专业。清单会定期更新，以确保与时并进，能够配合香港最新的经济发展，以及对各类人才不断变化的需求。
香港优秀人才入境计划自8月28日起接受人才清单下符合资格人士的申请。申请人可浏览人才清单专题网站和优秀人才入境计划网站了解申请安排、人才资历和经验要求等详情。
特区政府表示，将通过优秀人才入境计划，按每年1000人的配额，为人才清单下符合资格的人士提供入境便利。在优秀人才入境计划下，获批准的申请者无须在来港定居前先获得香港雇主的聘任。此外，符合人才清单相关专业资格的申请者，可在优秀人才入境计划的综合计分制下获得额外分数。香港的优秀人才入境计划采用计分制度，符合基本资格的申请人可选择以综合计分制或成就计分制接受进一步的评估。目前，符合人才清单的申请人最高可加分30分。
香港特区政府政务司司长张建宗表示，欢迎世界各地具有宝贵技能、知识和经验的人才来港工作。公布人才清单是特区政府采取的一项主要措施，它有助于香港在吸引国际人才时取得竞争优势，并刺激本地人才发展，推动香港向前迈进。
