美国国父之一（没错，这就是民主的好处，导致美国人一堆父亲）托马斯·杰斐逊曾经说过，不要因为别人相信或者否定了什么东西，你也就去相信它或否定它，上帝赠予你一个用来判断真理和谬误的头脑，那你就去运用它。

唉，你说这世道，美国政客为了双标，连自己父亲的话都不听了。不过也可以理解，美国经过美国两百年历史风雨（拜登自己说的），口口相传中缺字漏字在所难免，结果现在就成了——媒体和政客相信或者否定了什么东西，你也就跟着去相信它或否定它，上帝赠予你一个用来判断真理和谬误的头脑，你却用来在Quora上说蠢话......

说的就是这个问题：Would it really be so bad if the US surrenders and allows China to implement its own system of government？（如果美国放弃围堵中国并允许中国实行自己的政府制度，真的是件坏事吗？）

怎么回事，提这个问题的人是不是觉得美国已经占了什么优势了？（当然，新冠感染数——全球感染一亿人，美国独占一半——这个美国确实有优势。）

The US surrenders and allows China to implement its own system of government?

美国会放任中国实行自己的政治体制吗？

It is such a weird question. First of all, the rights belong to our Chinese people, not the US and its politicians.

这是一个很奇怪的问题。首先，决定实行何种政治体制的权利属于我们中国人民，而不属于美国或美国政客。

Second, China is not a colony of the US, so please leave China alone and take care of the internal affairs of your, American friends.

其次，中国不是美国的殖民地，所以就不劳费心，请管好你们自己的内政，美国朋友。

我来介绍下联合国宪章，帮你了解下什么是不干涉原则。

In Chapter one, Article two, it said

第一章中的第二条提到

The Organization and its Members, in pursuit of the Purposes stated in Article 1, shall act in accordance with the following Principles.

为了实现第一条所述的宗旨，本组织及其会员国应遵循下列原则：

The Organization is based on the principle of the sovereign equality of all its Members.

一、本组织基于所有会员国主权平等的原则。

All Members, in order to ensure to all of them the rights and benefits resulting from membership, shall fulfill in good faith the obligations assumed by them in accordance with the present Charter.

二、各会员国应一秉善意，履行其依本宪章所担负的义务，以保证全体会员国由加入本组织而产生的权益。

All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.

三、各会员国应以和平方式解决其国际争端，避免危及国际和平、安全及正义。

All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force againstthe territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

四、各会员国在其国际关系上不得使用威胁或武力，或以与联合国宗旨不符之任何其他方法，侵害任何会员国或国家之领土完整或政治独立。

All Members shall give the United Nations every assistance in any action it takes in accordance with the present Charter, and shall refrain from giving assistance to any state against which the United Nations is taking preventive or enforcement action.

五、各会员国对于联合国依本宪章规定而采取之行动，应尽力予以协助，联合国对于任何国家正在采取人道主义保护或执行行动时，各会员国对该国不得给予协助。

The Organization shall ensure that states which are not Members of the United Nations act in accordance with these Principles so far as may be necessary for the maintenance of international peace and security.

六、本组织在维持国际和平及安全之必要范围内，应保证非联合国会员国遵行上述原则。

Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter Vll.

七、本宪章不得认为授权联合国干涉在本质上属于任何国家国内管辖之事件，且并不要求会员国将该项事件依本宪章提请解决；但此项原则不妨碍第七章内执行办法的适用。

After all, there are still international orders in the world, and unfortunately, all of them are made by the United States. If the US doesn't comply with it, then it's not necessary for the rest of the world to comply.

毕竟，目前世界上的国际秩序都是由美国设立的。如果美国不遵守，那么世界其他地方也没必要遵守。

Again, we Chinese people don't ask other people to interfere with the internal affairs of the US. And under international law, the US has no right to allow Chinese people to do anything we don’t want.

我们中国人不要求其他人干涉美国内政。同样，根据国际法，美国无权强迫中国和中国人民做任何我们不想做的事情。

It is better for some American politicians to handle this first, they have the right and responsibility to allow their people to live.

对于某些美国政客来说，他们的首要责任是先让自己国家的人民过上好日子，他们最好先解决这个问题（再来对中国指手画脚）。

What’s more, under the system of ourselves, our life has become better and better. Why should we abandon our life, and achieve the so-called free below?

而且，如果说在我们能够自己的体制下生活的越来越好。为什么我们要放弃自己生活，去迎合题目所谓的那种“自由”？

Let our Chinese people live in a place like this?

让中国人生活在这样的环境中吗？
