The Jinan International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance for High-level (Postdoctoral) Talents was formed recently. Its members signed six postdoctoral innovation projects, all of which will be implemented in Jinan.
济南高层次人才（博士后）国际创新创业联盟近日在山东济南正式宣告成立，6个博士后创新项目与联盟成员单位签约落地济南。
The Jinan Talent Service Center took the initiative to establish the alliance in partnership with relevant organizations including postdoctoral research platforms and financial investment institutions in Jinan.
济南高层次人才（博士后）国际创新创业联盟由济南市人才服务中心联合驻济博士后科研平台、金融机构、投资机构等领域单位发起成立。
Among its 240 initial members, eight were appointed as co-president units and TusStar, an incubator and venture capital arm of Tus-Holdings based in Beijing, was selected as the rotating president unit in office for 2024.
来自创业园区、人才服务机构、引才服务机构、博士后科研流动站、博士后科研工作站和省博士后创新实践基地的240家单位成为首批联盟成员，中信银行经十路支行、山东大学、山东省留学人员协会、济南圣泉集团、山东华凌电缆等8家单位成为联席理事长单位，启迪之星（北京）投资管理有限公司担任2024年轮值理事长单位。
The alliance, a non-profit organization, is committed to establishing an open and cooperative platform for fostering the sustainable growth of postdoctoral research platforms, encouraging talent-driven innovation and entrepreneurship, and facilitating the effective transformation of project outcomes.
济南高层次人才（博士后）国际创新创业联盟是非营利性非法人联盟组织，是为博士后科研平台健康发展、博士后科研人才创新创业、博士后项目成果转化提供合作交流的开放式平台。
It will offer a full array of services to advance the implementation of various postdoctoral talent policies launched by Jinan.
该平台将重点为驻济博士后科研平台建设提供全方位服务，推动济南市各项博士后人才政策落地落实，为博士后人才发展保驾护航。
The formation of the alliance will facilitate the integration of complementary strengths and the sharing of diverse resources among all subsidiary platforms. It aims to gather outstanding research talents and foster a conducive ecosystem for postdoctoral innovation and entrepreneurial activities.
济南高层次人才（博士后）国际创新创业联盟的成立，将更好地发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用，推动各载体平台优势互补、资源共享，着力建设一批优秀的博士后科研平台，集聚一批优秀的博士后科研人才，打造一流博士后创新创业园区，营造优良博士后创新创业生态。
The postdoctoral innovation platforms in Jinan are expanding significantly and currently contribute to the highest number of mobile postdoctoral stations in Shandong province. They have registered over 4,500 postdoctoral students. These talents are gaining momentum to further boost the development of Jinan.
近年来，济南市博士后创新载体平台规模持续扩大，设站数量位居全省首位。累计招收博士后达4500余人，在站博士后2500余人，出站2000余人，博士后人才集聚成势，为济南高质量发展、新旧动能转换贡献智慧力量。
