“泉城啄木鸟”活动持续进行中

Jinan hosted a touring event on April 25, inviting 22 foreign experts and international students. They visited the Shandong provincial-level Hawthorn Love Pastoral Complex – located in the city's Laiwu district – embarking on a veritable journey into spring.

4月25日，济南举办了一场“泉在济南·春天之约”活动，邀请外国专家和驻济留学生一行22人走进莱芜区，齐聚“山楂之恋”省级田园综合体，共赴春天之约。

During the event, visitors wore hanfu (traditional Chinese attire), enjoyed spring flowers, recited ancient Chinese poetry and watched traditional art performances. They visited a museum showcasing cultivation, process, and production of hawthorn berries and had a go at making tanghulu (candied haws on a stick) to really savor the Chinese delicacy.

活动期间，外国友人着汉服、赏春花，吟古诗、诵经典，观看传统文艺表演、参访山楂博物馆、沉浸式体验糖葫芦制作，品味“舌尖上的中国”。

Laiwu district boasts a rich history and culture, a great geographical location and abundant natural resources. Its hawthorn industry, covering the entire industry chain, is part of the local area's rural vitalization efforts and green agricultural development strategies.

莱芜区历史文化悠久，地理位置优越，自然资源丰富，当地的全产业链山楂产业是其乡村振兴战略绿色农业发展的缩影。

The visitors explored and learned all about Laiwu district during the trip, which also aimed to help Jinan's high-quality agricultural products to go global.

此次诚邀各国友人走进莱芜、了解莱芜，将有助于促进济南名优农特产品走出济南、走向世界。
