The International Conference of Asian Marketing Associations (ICAMA) was founded by three major Asian marketing academic associations from Korea, Japan, and China, as the first international marketing conference by Asian marketing associations for marketing researchers in Asia. The first ICAMA was held in Seoul, Korea in 2014. The second ICAMA in Tokyo, Japan in 2015, the 3rd ICAMA in Beijing, China in 2017, the 4th ICAMA in Bangkok in Thailand in 2020” with the help of major universities in Asia. Researchers who are interested in marketing issues in Asia are all welcome to present their research. Come to share your ideas and find new friends in the most beautiful island in S. Korea!

Paper Submission Guidelines
1) Language options
Papers in Global and New Trend Sessions are required to be submitted and presented in English.
Papers in local sessions may be submitted and presented in their local languages.
However, all presenters should provide a one-page abstract written in English.
For global tracks, new trend tracks, and doctoral consortium: English
2) Paper type options
Full paper (up to 20 double-spaced pages with one page single-spaced abstract), or abstract only (one single-spaced page)
3) Formatting basics
File Types: Microsoft Word (No PDFs, please)
Page Layout: A4 format with 25.4 mm margins on all four side
Font: 12-point Times New Roman for English-written papers
(For local language papers, use proper fonts designated by each track chair.)
Page 1 (for both full papers and abstracts): Original manuscript title in the top line, centered, with the first letter of each word capitalized (and English title in the next line for local language papers) + One blank line + Name of authors and universities in English, centered (one line per person) + One blank line + “ABSTRACT,” centered + One blank line + Text (abstract in English— including research question, method and data, findings, and key contributions), justified.
Page 2 and on (for full papers): Main text with proper headings + References (to be listed alphabetically, last name first, followed by publication date in parentheses. Please follow this style guide: www.ama.org/publications/JournalOfMarketing/documents/AMA_Reference_Style.pdf) + Endnotes + Tables + Figures + Appendices.
Main Text: Primary heading should be centered, all capitalized, with a return before and after. Secondary heading should flush left, with title-style capitalization and a return before.
4) Submission procedures
All submissions should be made electronically. The on line system has opened for authors in July
https://kma.re.kr/Submission_ICAMA_2022/write_form. Each paper can be submitted to only ONE session. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process.

2) Delegate registration fee includes
(1) Admission to the opening ceremony, academic sessions, the networking dinner of Day 2 , and the closing ceremony of Day 3, (2) conference materials, and (3) a lunch of Day 2.
3) Payment
All conference registration fees should be paid in US dollar or Korean Won via the online system. The system is opened in May, 2022: https://kma.re.kr/Registration_ICAMA_2022
4) Cancellation policy
The registration fee is refundable until August 30, 2022.
5) Important notice
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and deliver a presentation in order for the paper to appear in the final versions of the conference program and the proceedings.
Proceedings
All accepted papers can be published in the proceedings published online. The full paper option can be selected only if the paper is submitted to an English track in the full paper format. (Editor of the conference proceeding, Prof. Yongwan Park email: ywpark1974@gnu.ac.kr)
Awards
The ICAMA Award Committee will provide the best conference paper awards. Submitted papers will also be considered for honorable mentions and the best doctoral students’ paper awards. The committee will also bestow several distinguished service awards. Only papers submitted in the full paper format will be considered for awards. Papers from global tracks that are awarded best and honorable mentions will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Asia Marketing Journal.

中国高等院校市场学研究会(Chinese Marketing Association of Universities,英文缩写CMAU)成立于1984年元月,是经中华人民共和国民政部批准,由全国各高等院校从事市场营销学教学、研究的专家、学者及企事业单位自愿组成的非营利性学术团体。学会的主管单位是中华人民共和国教育部,现任会长是北京大学光华管理学院符国群教授。
本会宗旨
作为中国市场营销领域最具权威和影响力的国家一级公益性社会团体,其宗旨是团结市场营销理论与实务界人士,遵守国家法律、法规和政策,本着“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的原则,组织各种形式的研讨和交流,为创造、传播新的市场营销知识,为繁荣中国市场营销学术研究,为提升我国企事业单位营销管理水平做出贡献。
业务范围
通过定期(如年会)或不定期(如不同专题的研讨会)的形式,为全国高校从事市场营销教学、研究的专业人员提供交流的机会;
