Dear all,
Fighting the epidemic, there's no outsiders.
We must prevent the epidemic scientifically.
We need to take an active part in cutting off the spread of the virus confidently and understandingly.
Everyone is the first responsible person for their own health.

Here are 6 tips for personal protection against COVID-19.
疫苗接种
Get Vaccinated
3岁以上适龄无接种禁忌人群应接种疫苗,做到"应接尽接”,保护个人健康。建议符合疫苗接种要求的老年人,尽快接种疫苗。
People over 3 years old who have no contraindications to vaccination should be vaccinated. The elderly who meet the vaccination requirements are advised to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
勤洗手
Wash your hands

如果有条件,尽可能用流水洗手,配合使用肥皂或洗手液,认真清洁指尖、掌心、手腕各个部位。
Wash your hands with running water if possible, use soap or hand sanitizer, and carefully clean your fingertips, palms, and wrists.
戴口罩
Wear a mask
乘电梯时,乘坐公共交通工具时,进入人员察集的公共场所时,应佩戴口罩。
Wear a mask when taking public transportation and entering public places.
常通风
Ventilate frequently
提倡勤开窗通风,每日开窗通风2~ 3次,每次20~ 30分钟。温度适宜时,可使窗户常开。
Open the window for ventilation 2~3 times a day, 20~30 minutes each time. When the temperature is suitable, the windows can be kept open.
一米线
One-metre line
排队、付款、交谈、运动、参观,购物时要保持1米以上社交距离。
Keep a distance of at least 1 meter when lining up for paying, talking to each other, excercising, visiting or shopping.
少聚集
Avoid gathering
疫情期间,少聚餐聚会,少走亲访友,少参加喜事,非必要不到人群密集的场所。
Do not go to crowded places unless necessary.
没有一个冬天不可逾越,
没有一个春天不会到来。
