公司简介：

The scientific founder firstly discovered the function of the target protein, which currently is a novel target for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The team developed the first generation of lead compounds. The structures and uses are protected by three patents.  We have established its own biochemistry lab and cell culture lab，are looking for talent to lead the preclinical discovery of its first-in-class, anti-cancer small molecule drug.

职位简介：

• Develops operating plan and strategic objectives that support the company's research and development strategies. Exercises authority to implement and initiate projects. 

• Responsible for introduction of new technology enhancement into the research area.Receives strategic guidance only. 

• Participates with senior management in developing and establishing organizational and company policies.

• Directs all major functions and activities within the research area. Make final decisions on administrative and operational matters. Integrates these functions and activities with those of other major organizations.Has demonstrated management and strategic planning skills. Provides leadership to direct others in solving complex problems.

• Capable of representing the company in all related technical matters of high significance. Responsible for the scientific and career growth of employees.

• Requires a PhD in Biology, Pharmacology or Medicine related majors, and at least 10 years' management experience in global pharma.

目前公司项目管线不多，可以接受全职，或者半职的方式。工资配股权。
