1）Position: Senior Director/Executive Director, Medicinal Chemistry

上海/北京/天津/武汉

Key accountabilities:

1. Lead multiple medicinal chemistry projects to ensure timely delivery of project goals

2. Analyze structure activity data and structure property data to address issues to move projects forward  

3. Manage project flow by working with multi-functional teams including chemistry, biology, DMPK, and tox.

4. Provide strategic advice to VP as a key member supporting VP 

Requirements:

1. PhD in chemistry

2. 8+ years medicinal chemistry experience and strong track record in project management experience

3. Demonstrated leadership skills and successful delivery of preclinical candidates

4. Strong records in publication and patents

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication (English) skills

2）Position: Director/Senior Director/Executive Director

南通/天津

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage expenses, head count and instrument resources to ensure efficiency and quality of analytical team of the site, in line with the strategy and objective of entire Core Analytical Services (CAS) business unit.

2. Manage a top-notch analytical/purification research and development team including planning, recruiting/hiring, coaching/mentoring, leadership training for staff and managers, providing technical guidance and evaluating new technologies in the field to enhance capabilities.

3. Closely communicate/work with chemistry teams to provide high quality analytical/purification services needed for various drug discovery and development projects.

4. Play a leading role in project management, prepare, review and approve quotes or proposals, supervise teams to ensure completion of all projects with highest quality and within the desired timelines and budget. Assist chemistry managers to address any analytical issues clients may have.

5. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

6. PhD in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, natural product chemistry or related field with 6–10 years experience or MS with 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry.

7. Deep understanding on overall workflow of drug discovery and development. Demonstrated working experience on analytical method development and validation for NDA and ANDA applications. In depth knowledge on CFDA, ICH and FDA requirements.

8. Working experience in pharmaceutical CRO is preferred.

9. Excellent managerial experience in both people and scientific projects are required.

10. Solid knowledge on principle and application of analytical HPLC, LCMS, preparative HPLC, NMR and SFC.

11. Demonstrated strength in solving complex scientific problems. Able to multi-task.

12. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in English, and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential job requirements

3）寡核苷酸/多肽-分析高级总监/总监-天津

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the analytical team with 30~40 staffs with the responsibility of analytical method development, validation, and product release of Oligo and Peptide.

2. Establish the training system for Oligo and Peptide analytical team.

3. Lead the quotation and project management of analytical part including customer communication.

4. Compliance management to ensure no failure for the GMP audit of labs

5. Safety and 5S management of the analytical lab.

6. Cost management of the analytical team.

Qualifications:

7. Ph.D. or postdoc major in analytical chemistry or organic chemistry

8. Over 8-year experience on oligo (and peptide) analytical method development and QC in Biotech companies or CRO/CDMO companies

9. Priority will be given to who with works in Analylam, Ionis, Biogen, Avecia, and Agilent.
