Position: Head of US/EU BD(WFH)

a) Job Description

ü Identify new technologies, products and capabilities externally aligned to business strategy and priorities.

ü Partner with business leaders to Identify, assess and complete transactions.

ü Lead all aspects of business development process including target identification, business case development, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and transition planning.

ü Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with subject matter experts:  Legal, Finance, Health Care Compliance, and other functional groups to assess, review, and deliver on BD opportunities.

ü Provide recommendations to senior leadership on new strategies, opportunities, tactics, and priority projects.

ü deliver oral and written presentations to management to secure approval for execution and funding of new opportunities.

ü Build external relationships via trade shows, conferences, networking, and other new sources of information, intelligence, and insights.

b) Requirements

ü BS/BA degree or advanced degree preferred

ü 5 - 10 years corporate business experience required.

ü Experience in the medical device industry, micro internationally medical device industry preferred

ü Background in leading corporate development / business development transactions and due diligence (for example, licensing, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, co-marketing, deal making or other structures) is required

ü Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; proven business, financial, project management, and analytical capabilities required.

ü Collaborate with a broad variety of business leaders, both internally and externally and of varying levels from functional personnel to senior leaders of companies is required.

ü Work experience with Chinese corporates is preferred
