新冠病毒就像个顽皮的孩子，刚在东家闹完，又串到西家闹去了。
但这个“孩子”的杀伤力，比投向广岛的“小男孩”有过之而无不及。它是魔鬼扔给世界的一颗巨型原子弹，不仅已经和正在夺去成千上万人的生命，还将使全球经济陷入大衰退，国际交往急冻到冰川纪。
在这场全景式的危机中，已然像处女膜一样脆弱的中美关系，也面临着全面破裂的风险。
而这种全面破裂的风险，竟然肇始于十天前的几条推特文（相信这几条推特必将载入史册）。
其实，中美之间由于价值观不同而打嘴仗互掐，近年来日益频繁，本来已经是家常便饭。这对于两国关系的改善固然是负能量，但也不至于伤筋动骨。
然而这次情况有所不同。一是因为事涉新冠病毒的起源；二是因为发推者的身份特殊，是外交部正式发言人兼新闻司副司长。
尽管中国早就有各种版本的军运会阴谋论、美国流感季起源论，都把病毒产生的矛头直指美国，但仅限于民间传播。2月初，官方甚至还拘留法办了一批阴谋论造谣者。可现在，“零号病人是什么时候在美国出现的？有多少人被感染？”和“美军把疫情带到了武汉”，这些重磅口水弹由一个外交官说出，并且要求美方给予解释，美国怎能不炸毛？
一场众目睽睽首先爆发于武汉（而不是全球多地同时爆发）的疫情，波及到美国并正当其疲于应对之时，却反遭疫情首发国的外交官（而非民间人士）公开质问罪魁祸首是不是你们。这对于美国政府来说，难免有些是可忍孰不可忍的意味。于是，川普在随后的推特中，开始前所未见地将新冠病毒直接称为“中国病毒”了。
在随后的记者会上被问及此事时，川普又公开为自己辩护说：“病毒是从中国来的，所以我认为这是一个非常准确的术语。”
对于川普的还击，我方抱着一贯的“零容忍”态度，自然要迎头痛击。除了众多媒体的大张挞伐，外交部发言人耿爽也遣责了川普这一污名化的“卑劣做法”。
在双方口水战的过程中，还穿插着互相驱逐记者的戏码。两个事件叠加之下，遣责不仅没能让美方停止“卑劣做法，反而招来了更多的“卑劣做法”。川普我行我素地继续大称“中国病毒”，国务聊蓬佩奥又在3月18日放话称“中方驱逐美国记者是为了掩盖疫情”。
中国本着充满血性的战狼精神，由赵立坚和华春莹组队，使出了龙凤双绝剑。
赵立坚20日通过推特回击说：“按照蓬佩奥的逻辑，美国是不是通过驱逐60名中国记者来封锁消息？他们害怕被挖出丑闻吗？如果美国如此透明，为什么不邀请世卫组织专家调查在流感季节死亡的2万人中有多少人死于新冠病毒病例？”
当晚，中国外交部发言人华春莹也火力全开，连发6条推特。其中火力最猛的三条是——
“迈克·蓬佩奥对福克斯新闻说，‘中国允许成千上万的人离开武汉，前往意大利这样的地方，（导致）他们正在遭受疾苦。’别再说谎了！正如世界卫生组织专家所说，中国的努力避免了成千上万的感染病例。”
“美国官员表示，作为反制措施，中国要求一些美国记者离开，因为中国担心他们写有关这一流行病的报道。如果是这样，当美国要求60名中国记者在3月13日前离境时，美国又在害怕什么？”
“如果美国真的对其‘至高无上’的政治体制充满信心，那他们为什么如此害怕中国共产党和中国媒体？”
由于主战场在境外的推特上，也苦了国内那一大票爱国志士，因为不能肉身上推特，而对两位主将爱莫能助，只好在国内社交媒体上隔山打牛。
不能不说，当血性外交遇上对等还击，双方凭着速度与激情，正在让对抗急遽升级。
以往的口水战，总是彭斯和蓬佩奥唱白脸，川普则基本唱红脸，大赞两国首脑的友谊。而现在，口水战不仅升级到川普亲自下场撕逼，没有中间商赚差价，还升级到两国官方在社交媒体上群撕，再叠加互相驱逐记者的冲击波，肉眼可见，中美关系正在朝着全面破裂大步迈进。
而更危险的是，疫情肆虐必然伴随两国人员往来的急冻和经贸往来的剧减，造成两国事实上的半脱钩状态，过去那种“你中有我，我中有你”的利益交融格局，将在毛衣战的基础上进一步削弱，全面脱钩的疼痛感大大减轻，这必然使得双方的对抗在“轻资产”的背景下更加减少了顾虑。
当然，血性外交的对象也不仅仅局限于美国，这不，巴西也成为我们火力攻击的靶子了。
巴西总统博索纳罗之子、巴西众议员爱德华多18日在社交平台指责中国当初隐瞒疫情，导致病毒最终全球大流行。这一言论立即遭到中方还击，中国驻巴西大使杨万明除了连发数推表示抗议，甚至转发了一条称“博索纳罗家族是这个国家的‘巨毒’”的推文，并称巴西总统父子自从访问美国后就感染了“精神病毒”，“毒害了两国人民的友谊”。
杨大使不仅训斥这些国外官员就跟小学老师训斥班上不听话的学生般解气，还搂草打兔子地把美国也给捎上了，着实痛快淋漓。
虽然外交并不能像奇葩说那样，靠嘴皮子就能怼出个冠军来，但血性和气势也足以吓倒一些弱小的对手。所以， 最新消息是巴西参众两院议长一起代表国会，就爱德华多的辱华言论向中国政府和人民表示道歉了。
当然，美国这只瘦死的骆驼绝不会这么轻易服软。而我们血性外交的逻辑就是零容忍，一切硬刚，一切都是别人的错，我们永远是正义化身。所以，综合上述各种因素，中美关系由全面破裂，走向全面对抗，最后再到华山论剑一决雌雄，几乎是没有悬念的结局了。
剩下的悬念只在于，新冠肆虐的高峰和两国王牌对决的高峰，哪个来得更猛，哪个来得更快，而已。

They had arrived in San Francisco, where their ship was decommissioned, and Paul bet that he would find himself a wife within two weeks. He was a taut, tattooed engine mechanic, six feet tall, with a passing resemblance to James Dean. But it wasn’t his looks that got him a date with Clara Hagopian, a sweet-humored daughter of Armenian immigrants. It was the fact that he and his friends had a car, unlike the group she had originally planned to go out with that evening. Ten days later, in March 1946, Paul got engaged to Clara and won his wager. It would turn out to be a happy marriage, one that lasted until death parted them more than forty years later. Paul Reinhold Jobs had been raised on a dairy farm in Germantown, Wisconsin. Even though his father was an alcoholic and sometimes abusive, Paul ended up with a gentle and calm disposition under his leathery exterior. After dropping out of high school, he wandered through the Midwest picking up work as a mechanic until, at age nineteen, he joined the Coast Guard, even though he didn’t know how to swim. He was deployed on the USS General M. C. Meigs and spent much of the war ferrying troops to Italy for General Patton. His talent as a machinist and fireman earned him commendations, but he occasionally found himself in minor trouble and never rose above the rank of seaman. Clara was born in New Jersey, where her parents had landed after fleeing the Turks in Armenia, and they moved to the Mission District of San Francisco when she was a child. She had a secret that she rarely mentioned to anyone: She had been married before, but her husband had been killed in the war. So when she met Paul Jobs on that first date, she was primed to start a new life. Like many who lived through the war, they had experienced enough excitement that, when it was over, they desired simply to settle down, raise a family, and lead a less eventful life. They had little money, so they moved to Wisconsin and lived with Paul’s parents for a few years, then headed for Indiana, where he got a job as a machinist for International Harvester. His passion was tinkering with old cars, and he made money in his spare time buying, restoring, and selling them. Eventually he quit his day job to become a full-time used car salesman. Clara, however, loved San Francisco, and in 1952 she convinced her husband to move back there. They got an apartment in the Sunset District facing the Pacific, just south of Golden Gate Park, and he took a job working for a finance company as a “repo man,” picking the locks of cars whose owners hadn’t paid their loans and repossessing them. He also bought, repaired, and sold some of the cars, making a decent enough living in the process. There was, however, something missing in their lives. They wanted children, but Clara had suffered an ectopic pregnancy, in which the fertilized egg was implanted in a fallopian tube rather than the uterus, and she had been unable to have any. So by 1955, after nine years of marriage, they were looking to adopt a child. Like Paul Jobs, Joanne Schieble was from a rural Wisconsin family of German heritage. Her father, Arthur Schieble, had immigrated to the outskirts of Green Bay, where he and his wife owned a mink farm and dabbled successfully in various other businesses, including real estate and photoengraving. He was very strict, especially regarding his daughter’s relationships, and he had strongly disapproved of her first love, an artist who was not a Catholic. Thus it was no surprise that he threatened to cut Joanne off completely when, as a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, she fell in love with Abdulfattah “John” Jandali, a Muslim teaching assistant from Syria. Jandali was the youngest of nine children in a prominent Syrian family. His father owned oil refineries and multiple other businesses, with large holdings in Damascus and Homs, and at one point pretty much controlled the price of wheat in the region. His mother, he later said, was a “traditional Muslim woman” who was a “conservative, obedient housewife.” Like the Schieble family, the Jandalis put a premium on education. Abdulfattah was sent to a Jesuit boarding school, even though he was Muslim, and he got an undergraduate degree at the American University in Beirut before entering the University of Wisconsin to pursue a doctoral degree in political science. In the summer of 1954, Joanne went with Abdulfattah to Syria. They spent two months in Homs, where she learned from his family to cook Syrian dishes. When they returned to Wisconsin she discovered that she was pregnant. They were both twenty-three, but they decided not to get married. Her father was dying at the time, and he had threatened to disown her if she wed Abdulfattah. Nor was abortion an easy option in a small Catholic community. So in early 1955, Joanne traveled to San Francisco, where she was taken into the care of a kindly doctor who sheltered unwed mothers, delivered their babies, and quietly arranged closed adoptions. Joanne had one requirement: Her child must be adopted by college graduates. So the doctor arranged for the baby to be placed with a lawyer and his wife. But when a boy was born—on February 24, 1955—the designated couple decided that they wanted a girl and backed out. Thus it was that the boy became the son not of a lawyer but of a high school dropout with a passion for mechanics and his salt-of-the-earth wife who was working as a bookkeeper. Paul and Clara named their new baby Steven Paul Jobs. When Joanne found out that her baby had been placed with a couple who had not even graduated from high school, she refused to sign the adoption papers. The standoff lasted weeks, even after the baby had settled into the Jobs household.
