如何在家煎好一块三文鱼柳
How To Cook Pan-Seared Salmon At Home
准备食料
Ingredients
1块带皮三文鱼柳 1 pc Skin-on Salmon Fillets
1 勺匙橄榄油 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1勺匙照烧汁 1 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
盐和胡椒 Salt & Pepper
制作步骤
Method
1. 在你准备煎三文鱼前,先要将三文鱼从冰箱拿出,放在常温至少15分钟。
Take the salmon fillets out of the refrigerator about 15mins before you’re ready to cook.
2. 将三文鱼切成150克单人份的量。
Cut the salmon fillets into 150g each portion.
3. 用厨房用纸擦干三文鱼柳。
Dry the salmon fillets. Use a paper towel or clean kitchen towel to pat each fillet dry.
4. 刷上照烧汁。
Brush the salmon fillets with teriyaki sauce.
5. 中高火加热平底煎锅,锅中加入橄榄油。
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat,add olive oil to the pan.
6. 要在开始煎之前才能对三文鱼用盐胡椒进行调味。
Season the salmon with salt & pepper just before adding to the skillet.
7. 带皮的那一面先下锅,高火煎制45秒左右。
Add the fillets skin-side down to the pan, cook the skin side for 45 sec with high heat.
8. 再将火力调至低火,确保三文鱼柳剩下的每一面都有煎1分钟左右,直到颜色变得金黄焦脆。
Then turn down the heat to low heat. Make sure to pan-seared about 1 min for rest side of fillet. You’ll notice the color of the fillet begin to golden brown.
9. 将煎好的三文鱼放在厨房用纸盘上,装盘前静置3分钟。
Transfer the fillet to a paper towel plate. Rest the fillet for about 3 mins before serving.

鸡尾酒

准备食料
Ingredients
60ml 波旁威士忌 60ml Bourbon
1个 百香果 1 Passionfruit
20ml 苹果白兰地 20ml Calvados
20ml 石榴汁 20ml Pomegranate Juice
1茶勺 石榴糖浆 1dash Grenadien
1茶勺 橘香水 1dash Orange Flower Water
制作步骤
Method
1. 将所有材料放入雪克壶。
Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
2. 加冰块用力摇匀至酒液冷却。
Add ice cubes and shake vigorously until chilled.
3. 双重过滤将酒倒入鸡尾酒杯。
Double strain into a cocktail glass.
