但它一直在那里总会在那里光影流转，不变的是璀璨夺目A place like no other

中华文明的文字里往往可以通过一个字可以表达出深刻的意义。在项目设计的初期，得知该项目是华润北中国“華”字系的首开之作。就觉得一定要把这个字代表的深意通过设计表达出来。最终案名定为“昭华里”，设计团队人员无一例外，都十分欣赏这个赏心悦目的案名并决定以这三个字为灵感来打造出高端定制。一场对于表达出这个案名3个文字美好深意的一场设计之旅，就此开始。In Chinese civilization, one word can often express profound meaning. At the initial stage of the project design, it was known that the project was the first work of the "Hua" ，charactering system of China Resources North China. I feel that we must express the meaning of this word through design. The final case name is "Zhaohuali", design team members without exception, are very appreciate this pleasing case name and decided to take these three words as inspiration to create a high-end customization. A design journey to express the three words of the name of this case begins.

昭：昭，明也。光也。著也。指阳光明亮，引申指显著。

华：引申为光彩、华丽。中国古称“华夏”，再后来引申指“中国”。

里：古字形从田从土，指居住之地。

深入研究这3个字表达出的美好寓意和应该呈现出的画面，自然就成了我们研究和追求得方向。建立一个明亮显著，华丽华贵充满自信的理想中的居所。

Zhao: Zhao means Ming; The light is. As the sun shines brightly, by extension, conspicuously.

Hua: Extended for brilliance, gorgeous. Called "Huaxia" in China, later extended to mean "China".

Li: The ancient shape from the field from the soil, refers to the living place.

In-depth study of these three words to express the good implied meaning and should present the picture, naturally become our research and pursuit direction. Create an ideal home that is bright, conspicuous, gorgeous and confident.

在构思之时，从大格局上就想创造一种理想状态下的里外之间的关系。外部展示时尚气派的精奢商业及礼宾空间，内部华贵而出世般的闲适。

好似“里”字的布局，用统一的设计语言及功能组合，围合出一个内向更加聚焦精致的出世之境。

营造舒适并礼宾的归家感。一种出世的感觉。Create a homecoming feeling of comfort and courtesy. A sense of being born.

暖色调的金属在表达精致的同时，让整个空间平添一抹暖意，利落的线条伴随暖色光线充盈其中，诉说着空间的高雅。

The metal of warm tone expresses delicate at the same time, let whole space add a touch of warmth, neat line is filled with warm color light among them, telling the elegance of space.

“景随人迁，人随景移”，飘渺灵动亦不失虚幻。漂浮水瀑，潺潺而下，倾听自然的心跳。环绕整个水院，一系列的泛会所式的户外精致生活场景布置在各个与水院。

“昭华里”，不仅是沈阳传统价值观与现代结合的设计缩影，更是一次对于北方当代生活美学探索的发声，即宁静归心，又不失华贵璀璨，。“大隐于市”并非逃避而是一种回应浮躁时代的精神反思。"Zhaohuali" is not only the design epitome of the combination of shenyang's traditional values and modernity, but also a voice for the exploration of the aesthetics of contemporary life in the north, which is quiet and sincere, yet luxurious and dazzling. "Hiding in the market" is not an escape but a spiritual reflection in response to the impetuous times.
