Commercial Stream
[Introduction]
As a Commercial Graduate you’ll experience an early career that’s customer focussed and challenging. You’ll have the opportunity to learn what we do across different commercial areas and industry sectors, helping to drive innovation and growth. Developing highly transferable skills as you go, you could find yourself involved in：Business development，Market research，Driving commercial excellence
[Requirements]
Ideally you will have a relevant technical degree at Bachelors level or above (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Materials Science etc.) With a sound academic track record.
Operation Stream
[Introduction]
As an Operations Graduate, you’ll develop the skills needed to make this happen.
You’ll experience a number of our facilities and manufacturing/process technologies across the UK, gaining fascinating insights, with each rotation building the level of responsibility you take on. Whether managing teams, processes or driving through improvement activity your placements could involve working in, for example:
Auto-catalyst manufacturingt，Industrial catalysts and absorbents ，Precious Metal Products，Battery systems
[Requirements]
A sound academic record in a relevant degree such as Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
Science stream
[Introduction]
You’ll undertake at least one placement in one of our UK based Technology Centres where we carry out research for the group, and deliver our core science service. You’ll also benefit from sector- based placements, where the links between lab, production and customer are even closer, broadening your skills set as you help our products reach their market.
[Requirements]
An outstanding academic background, with a Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
