职位描述：

Assist on Fixed Income trading and hedging activities for emerging markets and local markets
Assist in managing client orders and risk and to formulate trading
Help to originate, structure and model transactions
Work with broader team to develop and formulate trade ideas and develop new business
Assist in developing new products and bringing them to market
Assist in engineering spreadsheets for both sales and trading teams
Proactively assist in onboarding new counterparties, in conjunction with local contact point as well as regional Know Your Client team

任职要求：

Final year undergraduate/masters' student – overseas universities are advantageous
On track to receive a GPA 3.5/4 or above (2.1 degree or above - UK system)

Take ownership of rotation projects, understand the requirements of the project and practice time management, project planning and execution skills to complete your project within the timeframe of your rotation
Proactively network internally to learn more about the business as well as report back on business initiatives worked on throughout your rotations

Work in teams to create and deliver solutions to clients that bring to bear the full breadth of the bank’s global platform – lending capabilities including leasing, debt capital raising and capital markets, (including acquisition financing to ratings advisory), global market solutions (including FX, Rates and Commodities) and global transaction services capabilities (including cash management, trade, liquidity management).
Help to generate ideas and cross selling opportunities for new and existing clients
Support and assist the bankers in managing their client portfolio’s – client development, pitching and execution and responding to client requests
Assist in deal execution and follow-up – assist in putting together internal memos and working through the KYC process for example
Perform various statistical and financial analyses
Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
Produce and distribute internal documents for the team – meeting minutes, market reports, weekly pipeline reports
Learn from, and work with teams consisting of professionals from across the business, including senior corporate bankers within your group, product and support partners and other colleagues from around the globe

Fulfillment & Service：

Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience
Proactively manage the day to day servicing enquiries of all assigned clients
Log, investigate and resolve all enquiries in a timely/accurate manner in accordance with Service Levels
Provide consistent service and keep clients informed on status of all outstanding enquiries
Liaise with local/overseas Bank’s Business Partner’s and Preferred Banking Partner’s at all levels
Analyze monthly client enquiry statistics to identify trends and recurring issues
Attend, prepare and drive internal/external client meetings and/or presentations
Market Transaction Services initiatives, successes and strengths to new/existing clients
Actively participate in client planning and RFP processes
Participate in assigned local and/or regional projects as required
Provide back up support to other Client Services Advisor and be a team player
Constantly look for avenues of improvement- people, process, controls, customer service and strategic cost management initiatives

Operations：

Ensure all transactions are processed as quickly and accurately as possible, in accordance to the company’s internal policies and local regulations
Manage operational risk to maximize operational control effectiveness and profitability, while minimizing risk and Proactively identify, debate, address and escalate any deviations / issues on immediate basis
Work closely with business partners on complex transactions by providing professional operational solutions to achieve client satisfaction
Drive change initiatives for process optimization and system enhancement, as well as technical and operations changes
Understand local regulatory environment and support various ad-hoc regulatory requirements and inspections
Ensure that the company delivers services and execution that meet market-leading standards
