细节剖析

「1」创新驱动发展：innovation-driven development「2」产业体系：industrial system「3」“加快发展现代产业体系”可理解为“加快产业体系现代化”，可译为：the modernization of the industrial system。但这不是唯一译法，其他译法可参照如下拓展。
