当深规院做“站城一体化”时,他们在做什么?——深圳西丽综合交通枢纽地区城市设计国际竞赛

背景

BACK GROUD


西丽综合交通枢是深圳国家铁路客运“三主四辅”的主枢纽之一,集国家铁路、城际轨道、城市轨道等多种交通方式为一体的综合交通枢纽。它位于广深创新走廊的轴线,串联西丽湖国际科教城、留仙洞总部基地、高新园、后海总部基地等重点片区,区域位置极为重要,是深圳市最重要的交通门户之一。


为更好地促进西丽枢纽与城市的协调与融合,深圳市政府与中国国家铁路集团有限公司于2019年底组织开展了西丽综合交通枢纽的国际设计咨询,共有来自全世界28个联合体参与了本次设计竞赛,最终入围8家:

经过多轮比选,最终于2020年3月,西丽综合交通枢纽城市设计项目评委会八家联合体中评选出了前三甲:第一名:凯达环球(亚洲)有限公司+深圳市城市交通规划设计研究中心有限公司+申都设计集团有限公司;第二名:深圳市城市规划设计研究院有限公司+株式会社日本设计;第三名:德国GMP国际建筑设计有限公司+中国建筑设计研究院有限公司+深圳市雷奥规划设计咨询股份有限公司)。

重塑和体验新的高铁枢纽生活方式



基地条件

BASE CONDITIONS 


此次国际咨询的设计范围位于深圳南山区“高新区深圳湾片区”和“高新区留仙洞片区”之间。东至沙河西路、南至宝深路、西至南海大道、北至茶光路,面积约189公顷。研究范围至北环大道和留仙大道,面积约750公顷。
The design scope of this international consultation is located between "Shenzhen Bay Zone of High-tech Zone" and "Liuxiandong Zone of High-tech Zone" in Nanshan District of Shenzhen. It extends to Shahe West Road in the east, Baoshen Road in the south, Nanhai Avenue in the west and Chaguang Road in the north, covering an area of about 189 hectares. The scope of the study covers Beihuan Avenue and Liuxian Avenue, covering an area of about 750 hectares.


基地价值条件得天独厚,一方面未来这里将要建设成为深圳规模最大的综合交通枢纽。它将拥有13台25线的国家铁路、3台6线的城际铁路以及4条地铁线路。西丽枢纽的设立将使深圳得以成为粤港澳大湾区创新要素流转交互中枢。
The value of the base is unique. On the one hand, it will be built into the largest comprehensive transportation hub in Shenzhen in the future. It will have 13 25-line national railways, 3 6-line intercity railways and 4 subway lines. The establishment of Xili Hub will enable Shenzhen to become the interactive center for the transfer of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area's innovative elements.


另一方面,它是南山大沙河科创走廊上的重要一环,在南山城市框架中占据非常特殊的地位。它北接留仙洞总部基地,南连高新北片区,是展现深圳先锋城市风貌的重要城市客厅。
On the other hand, it is an important link in the Kechuang corridor of Dasha River in Nanshan, and occupies a very special position in the framework of Nanshan city. It connects Liuxiandong headquarters base to the north and high-tech north area to the south. It is an important city living room to show the style and features of Shenzhen's avant-garde city.


而与此同时,基地也面临着一系列严峻的现实挑战。基地周边的城市干道通行能力已不堪重负,随着未来枢纽片区的建设,国铁、城际、地铁将带来高峰日到发旅客50万人次的流量,这将进一步加剧该片区的交通通行压力。
At the same time, the base is also facing a series of severe practical challenges. The capacity of the urban trunk roads around the base has been overwhelmed. With the construction of the future hub area, the national railway, intercity and subway will bring 500000 passengers to and from the peak day, which will further aggravate the traffic pressure in this area.



此外,基地三面临高快速路,铁路横穿场地,形成封闭割裂的街区关系,使之一度成为城市的灰色地带,也阻隔了基地南北两侧城市空间的联系。
In addition, the third base faces a high-speed road, and the railway crosses the site, forming a closed and separated block relationship, which once became a grey area of the city, and also blocked the connection of the urban space between the north and south sides of the base.



这样的机遇与挑战之下,方案认为,未来西丽枢纽核心片区不应仅仅是一个交通终端,而是一个展示城市未来,融合科技产业、环境友好、文化交往的聚点。它应拥有更高的交通流转效率、更便捷的步行空间、更多元复合的城市功能和更丰富的魅力场景体验。
Under such opportunities and challenges, the plan holds that the core area of Xili hub in the future should not only be a traffic terminal, but also a gathering point to show the future of the city and integrate science and technology industry, environment-friendly and cultural exchanges. It should have higher traffic circulation efficiency, more convenient walking space, more diversified and compound urban functions and richer charm scene experience.

01 更高的交通流转效率、更便捷的步行空间

设计提案通过区域交通的立体化设计,将过境交通置于地下,同时在枢纽建筑交通组织中利用国铁和地铁线路间的垂直空间,设置集中换乘层,实现最高效的客流集散,从而实现区域交通与城市生活交通相分离,最大限度的将地面空间还给市民。
Through the three-dimensional design of the regional traffic, the design proposal places the transit traffic underground, and at the same time, in the traffic organization of the hub building, the vertical space between the national railway and subway lines is used to set up a centralized transfer floor to achieve the most efficient passenger flow collection and distribution. in order to achieve the separation of regional traffic and urban life and transportation, and maximize the ground space back to the citizens.




02 更多元复合的城市功能
02 More complex urban functions
在创造了良好的人行条件基础之上,设计构思了一个十字绿轴,并由此搭建起区域绿色生长骨架。高铁枢纽核心区位于两条绿轴的相交处,是创造联系渗透的活力绿心。提案在轨道上方进行上盖开发,从而延续城市肌理。
On the basis of creating good pedestrian conditions, a cross green axis is designed, from which the regional green growth framework is built. The core area of the high-speed rail hub is located at the intersection of the two green axes, which is a dynamic green heart to create connection and penetration. The proposal is to develop the superstructure above the track to continue the texture of the city.




枢纽建筑西侧形成以专业服务为核心的科技西坊,布局自然博物馆、科技应用试验中心等,打造极具未来感的共享科技舞台。东侧因有4条地铁汇聚,与城市生活更为贴近,则形成以时尚艺术为依托的文化东坊,将时尚潮流的商业、露天广场、艺术长廊布局其中,为市民创造有玩有乐的繁华街巷。
The west side of the hub building forms a science and technology Xifang with professional services as the core, with the layout of nature museums, science and technology application and test centers, etc., to create a shared science and technology stage with a great sense of the future. On the east side, due to the convergence of four subways, which are closer to urban life, a cultural Dongfang based on fashion and art is formed, in which fashionable commerce, open-air squares and art corridors are laid out to create prosperous streets and lanes for the public to have fun and play.


提案希望由此改变传统枢纽空间的单调体验,创造到站即到达的全新体验。市民在此可以同时享受到专业的科技创新服务和包罗万象的城市综合服务。
The proposal hopes to change the monotonous experience of the traditional hub space and create a new experience that arrives at the station. Here, citizens can enjoy professional scientific and technological innovation services and all-inclusive urban integrated services at the same time.


03 更丰富的魅力场景体验
03 Richer charm scene experience
提案中策划了多种空间类型来承载多元复合的城市功能,从而形成了“一站双塔两坊”的特色地标体验群组。
In the proposal, a variety of space types are planned to carry multiple and compound urban functions, thus forming a characteristic landmark experience group of "one station, two towers and two squares".

方案总平面






一站:流动的穹顶、可呼吸的城站公园
枢纽建筑候车厅之上,方案策划了一个与周边联通的展厅公园,将公园与零售展示穿插融合,为旅客提供多元的候车体验;站顶则采用特殊的采光处理,营造出如置身于森林般亲近自然的场景体验,人们也可沿着站厅外侧连廊登上屋顶一览城市风光。

Above the waiting hall of the hub building, the proposal plans an exhibition hall park connected with the surrounding area, which intersperses the park with retail display to provide passengers with a variety of waiting experiences; the top of the station adopts special lighting treatment to create a scene that is as close to nature as exposure to the forest, and people can also climb onto the roof along the outer corridor of the station hall to have a view of the city.




双塔:城站制高点、开放的空中花园

提案在高铁站北部区域设计了两座标志性塔楼,塔楼中部的立体绿化公园,将自然接入天空,不仅创造了更多的室外绿色公共空间,同时提供了一个俯瞰高铁站及周边片区的绝佳观景点。

The proposal designs two iconic towers in the northern part of the high-speed railway station, and the three-dimensional green park in the middle of the tower will naturally connect to the sky, creating more outdoor green public space. at the same time, it provides an excellent scenic spot overlooking the high-speed railway station and the surrounding area.




两坊:阶梯公园、市井街巷

得益于高铁站东西两侧轨道上盖开发,提案围绕高铁站厅组织城市界面,形成东西两坊。层层叠落的屋顶公共空间向街景敞开,由错落的立体连廊串接在一起,在城市中形成大大小小的口袋公园和剧场空间,成为市民公共生活活力的激发器。

Thanks to the development of the track superstructure on the east and west sides of the high-speed railway station, the proposal organizes the urban interface around the high-speed railway station hall to form the east-west square. The layers of roof public space open to the street view, connected by scattered three-dimensional corridors, form pocket parks and theater spaces large and small in the city, and become the activator of the vitality of citizens' public life.




由此,东西两坊将与可呼吸的森林城站、彰显形象的标志双塔、开放的空中花园、各类大小的艺术装置一起,成为代表该片区独具一格的城市名片,各类人群都将在此找到归属以及多彩生活的感知体验。

As a result, East and West Square, together with breathable forest city stations, symbolic twin towers, open sky gardens, and art installations of all sizes, will become unique city business cards representing the area, where all kinds of people will find ownership and a perceptual experience of colorful life.




此次竞赛,方案传导的是一种探索未来城市枢纽地区发展的态度。未来城市枢纽地区将不再会是与城市背向发展的孤立场所,而是一个城站融合、功能复合、城市与自然边界愈加模糊的活力中心…进无止境,为城市创造更多种可能性。

In this competition, the plan transmits an attitude of exploring the development of urban hub areas in the future. In the future, the urban hub area will no longer be an isolated place against the development of the city, but a vitality center with the integration of city stations, the combination of functions, and the increasingly blurred boundary between the city and nature. There is no end to creating more possibilities for the city.
