今天我们一起来聊一聊，企业复工如果出现员工发热或者突发疫情应该如何正确处置。
今天我们非常荣幸邀请到来自广州市疾病预防控制中心副主任、新闻发言人张周斌先生为我们讲解一下。
Today let’s talk about what should be done when a worker has a fever or when an outbreak occurs.
It is our honor to invite Mr. Zhoubin ZHANG, deputy director and spokesman of Guangzhou CDC, to explain this to us.
问：在我们日常的工作当中，怎样的检测结果算是发热呢？
Q:We check body temperature in our daily work. What temperature is a fever?
答：有个数值是希望我们每个人都记住的，当我们的体温超过37度3的时候，就是体温异常，就需要进行关注，并且到发热门诊去就医。
A:I hope everyone remember this figure, i.e. when body temperature exceeds 37.3℃, it is considered abnormal and needs attention. Those with abnormal temperature should go to a fever clinic to see a doctor.
问：员工发现自己发热应该怎么做呢？
Q:What should the worker do if he/she has a fever?
答：员工发现自己发热的时候，首先要向自己的主管报告，同时立刻停止工作，离开岗位。在做好个人防护的前提下，我们及时地去医院就医。
A:First of all, the worker should notify his/her supervisor. Stop working and leave the workplace. Ensure effective self-protection and go to see a doctor in time.
问：员工发热送医院要注意什么呢？
Q:What should the feverish worker pay attention to when going to hospital?
答：首先他要做好个人防护，一定要戴口罩，不得乘坐公共交通工具，前往医院的发热门诊。那么企业应当安排专车送他去就诊，那么送医的过程中，他应当坐在后排，全程打开车窗，保持空气流通。
A:The worker should pay attention to self-protection. Wear a mask and avoid taking public transport when going to the fever clinic. If the company arranges a car to take the worker to the fever clinic, he/she should sit at the back of the car, wind down the window and keep the air fresh all the way.
问：如果企业出现疑似病例员工应该怎么办呢？
Q:What should the enterprises do if some workers are suspected of being infected with COVID-19?
答：如果企业出现了疑似病例的话，企业一定要全力配合我们的疾控部门开展相应的防疫措施，并配合做好相关的调查工作。同时对于疑似病例所处的环境，我们要进行消毒。
A:The enterprises should cooperate with CDC in the investigation and implementation of preventive and control measures. The places where the suspected cases locate should be disinfected.
问：如果企业出现了确诊病例的话，要停工停产吗？
Q:Will the enterprises be shut down if confirmed cases of COVID-19 are diagnosed among the workers?
答：如果一旦出现了确诊病例的话，我们首先要对确诊病例进行隔离治疗，那么对于我们疾控部门认定的密切接触者，也要进行14天的隔离。除此之外的我们做一般的健康观察。至于是否要停工停产，我们要看密切接触者的人数和范围来决定是否全部的停工停产，或者是部分的停工停产。
A:The confirmed cases of COVID-19 will be isolated. The close contacts identified by CDC will be placed under quarantine and medical observation for 14 days. CDC will also monitor the health status of the remaining workers. Whether the whole enterprise or only part of the enterprise will be shutdown are based on the number of the close contacts and the range being affected.
问：如果企业出现了确诊病例，应该隔离到什么样的一个程度呢？
Q:How many people will be isolated if confirmed cases of COVID-19 are diagnosed among the workers?
答：首先我们疾控部门会对确诊病例进行一个详细的流行病学调查，我们会调查他本人，我们也会调查跟他一起工作的工友或者同事来确定密切接触者的范围。那么所有被确定为密切接触者的这些人，都要进行隔离。
A:CDC will carry out a detailed epidemiological investigation. CDC will investigate each confirmed patient and his/her workmates/colleagues to determine who the close contacts are. The close contacts will be placed under quarantine and medical observation.
问：企业有确诊病例之后如何保证生产呢？
Q:What should the enterprises do to maintain their production when confirmed cases of COVID-19 are diagnosed among the workers?
答：我想主要有三点我们要做到，第一我们要继续加强对员工的健康监测和管理；第二我们要加强企业环境的清洁和消毒工作；第三我们要做好职工的心理疏导。让大家不要紧张，不要恐慌，安心上班。
A:There are three aspects. Firstly, the enterprises should continue monitoring the workers’ health. Secondly, the enterprises should strengthen the environmental cleaning and disinfection. Thirdly, psychological counseling and intervention should be provided to the workers to mitigate their anxiety and depression. The workers should be told there is no need to be panic, take it easy and go to work.
好的，谢谢张主任！那么企业出现了确诊病例或者一些突发情况就不用过于紧张了。
Thank you, Mr. Zhang. There is no need to be panic when the enterprises encounter emergencies or when the workers are infected by COVID-19.
