今天我们要来了解一下，企业复工建设施工工地有哪些防疫要点。我们仍然非常荣幸又请到来自广州市疾病预防控制中心的副主任、新闻发言人张周斌先生为我们一起解答。
Today we are going to talk about the key essentials in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in construction sites. Again it is our honor to invite Mr. Zhoubin ZHANG, deputy director and spokesman of Guangzhou CDC, to answer the questions for us.

问：施工单位针对我们的工人每日的防控措施有哪些呢？
Q:What measures should the construction companies take to prevent COVID-19 infection among the workers on a daily basis?
答：我想对于施工单位而言，首先应当负起主体责任，要对自己管理的职工进行全程的健康管理和监测；每天应当指定专人对员工体温做检测和记录；当我们发现体温异常人员的时候，严禁进入施工工地进行工作，而且要安排及时的就医。
A:The construction companies hold the primary responsibility for COVID-19 prevention and control in the construction sites. The companies should monitor their workers’ health by appointing personnel to measure and keep records of the workers’ temperature every day. Those with abnormal temperature are not allowed to enter the construction sites and should seek medical care in time.

问：那么施工单位要筛查哪些潜在的安全隐患呢？
Q:What potential threat should the construction companies pay attention to?
答：企业首先要落实它的主体责任，做到专人专责来负责这件事，同时一定要强调，让我们的员工不要聚餐、不要聚会。
A:The construction companies should fulfill their responsibilities and appoint personnel to screen for and response to the potential threat. The workers should be told to avoid group dinners and activities.

问：那么在工作的过程中什么情况下可以不戴口罩呢？
Q:Under what circumstances can a worker remove his/her mask?
答：我想他在独立的工作岗位上，在室外通风良好的条件下，就可以不戴口罩。工作场地当中哪些区域的消毒是非常必要的。对于大家接触非常频繁的一些公共区域，我们要进行一个重点的消毒，比如说食堂、会议室、洗手间、电梯间还有一些仪器的操作按钮，这些地方都应该重点关注。
A:When the worker works alone or in a well-ventilated outdoor environment, he/she can remove the mask. Some places in the workplace must be disinfected. Public areas frequently coming into direct contact with human skin, such as canteens, conference rooms, washrooms, elevators and buttons, should be disinfected thoroughly.

问：员工的集体宿舍应该具备哪些防疫条件呢？
Q:What requirements are set for dormitories in the prevention of COVID-19 infection?
答：对于宿舍来说，我们尽量能够保证单人单间。但是现实条件不允许的情况下，我们也尽可能减少宿舍里的入住人数。同时一定要加强我们宿舍里的通风，还有室内的清洁，并配备相应的洗手液或者是免洗手的消毒液。
A:Arrange a single room for each worker. If the conditions don’t allow this, minimize the number of workers sharing the same room. Maintain proper ventilation and keep the dormitories clean. Prepare liquid soap or alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

问：那么集体居住的施工人员怎样做好自己的防护呢？
Q:What should the workers living in the dormitories do to protect themselves?
答：对于我们一起住在宿舍里的工友来说，我们应当保持一个安全的交谈距离，我们每个人彼此间的距离，最好在一米五以上。同时我们要做到勤洗手，加强宿舍的通风。如果发现自己工友出现了身体异常的情况，要及时报告并且安排就医。
A: Keep some distance, preferably at least 1.5 meters, from each other when talking. Wash hands frequently. Maintain proper ventilation in the dormitories. If a workmate is sick, report to the person in charge and arrange necessary medical care for him/her.
