一、 乘坐电梯的预防指南

Part I: Information for the public 

on elevator taking

1. 等候及乘坐电梯时，应规范全程佩戴好一次性使用医用口罩。

Correctly wear a disposable medical mask all the way when waiting for and taking the elevator.

2. 乘坐电梯时，尽量避免乘坐拥挤的电梯，与同乘者尽量保持距离。

Avoid taking a crowed elevator. Keep a distance from others in the elevator.

3. 等候或乘坐电梯时，如果发现其他等候者有咳嗽等可疑症状，建议尽量避免同乘。

Avoid taking the same elevator with someone who have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (e.g. cough).

4. 注意咳嗽礼仪，咳嗽时应使用一次性纸巾等遮住口鼻，并妥善丢弃，或用手肘遮住口鼻。

Cover mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing. Dispose of the used tissue properly.

5. 按电梯按键时，可以用面巾纸或消毒纸巾隔开，避免用手直接触碰，触碰后也要及时洗手。

Press the elevator button with a tissue or disinfection wipe. Avoid touching the button with hand directly. Otherwise, wash hands in time after touching the elevator button.

6. 在电梯内不要进食。

Do not eat or drink in the elevator.

7. 离开电梯后，首先做手部清洁，可选用洗手液（或肥皂）加流动水洗手，或含有酒精的手消毒剂。

Wash hands with liquid soap (or soap) and running water or rinse-free alcohol-based hand sanitizer after getting out of the elevator.

二、 电梯运营单位预防指南

Part II: Information for the elevator

如果本楼内发现疑似或确诊新冠肺炎病例，需立刻停用电梯，并在卫生健康部门的指导下，对电梯进行彻底的终末消毒后，才能再次使用。

The elevator operation should be suspended when a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patient is found in the building. The elevators should not be used again before the terminal disinfection, which is carried out under the guidance of professionals from the local health department, is completed.

每日开始运营前、结束运营后，均应对电梯内部、按键、风机进行彻底清洁和适当消毒，对于电梯墙面、按键等高频接触部位，可适当增加清洁频次，并做好日常清洁与消毒记录。

The buttons, fans and the inside of the elevators should be cleaned and disinfected every day before and after the operation. The frequency of cleaning should be increased in places frequently touched by hands, e.g. the buttons and the inside walls of the elevators. Make records of the cleaning and disinfection.

电梯表面有肉眼可见污染物时，应先完全清除污染物再消毒。无肉眼可见污染物时，用1000mg/L的含氯消毒液或500mg/L的二氧化氯消毒剂进行喷洒或擦拭消毒，作用30分钟后清水擦拭干净。

When there is visible contaminant on the elevator surface, the contaminant should be removed completely before disinfection. When there is no visible contaminant, the elevator can be disinfected by spraying or wiping with chlorine-containing disinfectant at a concentration of 1000mg/L or chlorine dioxide at a concentration of 500mg/L, followed by wiping with clean water after thirty minutes.

在电梯内张贴简明易懂的宣教材料，指导大家做好个人防护。

Information flyers that encourage self-protection in a simple and understandable way should be placed in elevators.

可在电梯内配备抽纸、含酒精的免洗手消毒剂等，协助乘客做好个人防护。

Tissues and rinse-free alcohol-based hand sanitizer can be placed in elevators to assist the passengers in protecting themselves.

如在监控中，发现可疑症状者，建议及时报告社区负责人。

Notify the person responsible for the community if the surveillance camera captures an image of a suspected patient.
