Enterprises Resume Operation: How to Manage the COVID-19 Infection at Workplaces?
我们非常荣幸，邀请到来自广州市疾病预防控制中心的副主任、新闻发言人张周斌先生为我们一起来解答。
Today it is our honor to invite Mr. Zhoubin ZHANG, deputy director and spokesman of Guangzhou CDC, to answer the questions for us.
问：现在我们非常关注一个问题，那就是中央空调应不应该关闭呢？
Q:We are very concerned about whether the central air conditioning should be shut down.
答：很多写字楼里面，它是不具备自然通风的这种条件的。那这种情况下我们仍然需要使用中央空调，来给我们供应新鲜空气，那在使用中央空调的时候，我们要做到把新风量开到最大，同时我们要关闭回风管道。如果说中央空调不能全新风系统运行的时候，我们还应当加装空气消毒的装置。
A:Many office buildings are designed without natural ventilation. In that case we have to rely on the central air conditioning system to supply fresh air. The fresh air function should be running at maximum capacity while the return air system should be shut down. If the central air conditioning system cannot be operated in all-fresh-air mode, the air disinfection devices should be installed.
问：在工作环境当中的公共区域应该如何消毒呢？
Q:How to disinfect the public areas at the workplaces?
答：如果说空间比较大，我们可以采用含氯的消毒剂进行喷洒。对于一些物体的表面，我们可以使用含氯的消毒剂进行擦拭消毒。特别要注意，我们频繁接触到的一些物体的表面。
A:Large surfaces can be disinfected by spraying with chlorine-containing disinfectants. Some object surfaces, especially those frequently coming into direct contact with human skin, can be disinfected by wiping with chlorine-containing disinfectants.
问：那在办公区域应该做好哪些防控呢？
Q:What preventive and control measures should be implemented in the office areas?
答：对于办公区域来说，我们要做到勤通风，并且保持室内清洁，定期进行消毒。对于我们个人使用的一些办公物品，例如鼠标、键盘、电话机，我们可以用消毒湿巾进行擦拭消毒。
A:Maintain proper ventilation and keep the indoor environment clean. Disinfection should be carried out regularly. Office supplies, such as the mouse, keyboard and telephone, can be disinfected by wiping with disinfection wipes.
问：建议单位拥有哪些防疫物资呢？
Q:What epidemic prevention and control materials should the employers prepare?
答：单位应当有足够的测温仪，同时储备足够量的消毒液。我们常见的消毒液有含氯的84消毒液，还有一些过氧乙酸之类的。主要是用于我们环境的一个消毒，同时我们要在所有的洗手间，配备足量的洗手液供我们员工及时洗手之用。在这里我特别强调一点，千万不要过度防护，我们日常体温的监测是不需要穿防护衣，戴护目镜的。
A:The employers should prepare enough thermometers and disinfectants for environment disinfection. The most commonly used disinfectants are disinfectant 84 and peracetic acid. Prepare enough liquid soap in all washrooms, so the employees can wash their hands in time. I would like to emphasize that excessive self-protection is unnecessary. Those responsible for measuring temperatures in daily work do not need to wear protective clothing and spectacles.
问：对于紫外线灯的使用有什么需要注意的呢？
Q:What should we pay attention to when using ultraviolet lamps?
答：紫外线灯可以有效杀死新型冠状病毒，但是我们对于紫外线灯的安装位置照射时间、照射强度都有严格的要求。所以说不建议家庭使用。但是在一些集体单位例如食堂、医务室这些地方我们是可以使用的。还有需要注意的一点是紫外线灯在使用的时候，现场不能有人。
A:Ultraviolet lamps can kill SARS-CoV-2. There are strict requirements for the location of the ultraviolet lamps and the radiation time and intensity. So ultraviolet lamps are not recommended for household use, but can be used in canteens and clinics. Make sure no one is present when the ultraviolet lamps are working.
问：那么公共卫生间要如何做好消毒呢？
Q:How to disinfect public toilets?
答：对于公共卫生间的消毒我们仍然首选含氯的消毒剂，特别是对于一些重点部位，例如马桶冲水按钮、水龙头、内外门把手，如果是坐便器的话，我们还要对坐便器的坐垫进行一个定期的消毒。对于公共卫生间而言，我们还要增加消毒频率，如果出现有呕吐物或分泌物，我们还要用高浓度的含氯消毒液进行一个消毒处理。
A:Chlorine-containing disinfectants are the first choice. The toilet flush buttons, faucets, inside and outside doorknobs and toilet seats are the key parts and should be disinfected regularly. The frequency of disinfection in public toilets should be increased. Vomitus and secretion should be disinfected with high concentration chlorine-containing disinfectants.
