Zimbabwe is a country in Africa, it borders Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique and South Africa.

津巴布韦是非洲国家，与博茨瓦纳、赞比亚、莫桑比克和南非接壤。

Harare 哈拉雷

The capital city of Zimbabwe is Harare, there are 16 official languages used in Zimbabwe. The national anthem of Zimbabwe is "Blessed be the land of Zimbabwe."

津巴布韦的首都是哈拉雷，有16种官方语言在津巴布韦使用。津巴布韦的国歌是“津巴布韦之地有福了”。

Flame lily 火焰百合

The national animal of Zimbabwe is Sable Antelope, its national bird is an African Fish Eagle, and its national flower is Flame lily.

津巴布韦的国家动物是黑貂羚羊，其国鸟是非洲鱼鹰，其国花是火焰百合。

The national flag of Zimbabwe consists of bands of green, yellow, red and black which are the official colors of ZANU PF, and Pan Africanism, apart from these, it also has a white triangle which represents peace, a Soapstone Bird which is the national emblem, and a red star. Green stands for agriculture, yellow stands for minerals, red symbolizes the blood shed during the fight for independence, and black symbolizes its people.

The name Zimbabwe is derived from a Shona term for Great Zimbabwe, which is an ancient ruined city in the country's southeast. Zimbabwe means the "houses of stones" and "venerated houses" depending on the dialect.

津巴布韦这个名字来源于肖那语中的“大津巴布韦”，它是津巴布韦东南部一个遗产地。津巴布韦的意思是“石头屋”和“受人尊敬的房子”，这取决于方言。

Economy 经济

Zimbabwe has abundant mineral reserves, including chromite, asbestos, coal, copper, gold, nickel and platinum. Agriculture and tourism also play a very important role in the economy of Zimbabwe.

Tourism is also an important sector in the country, the country boasts a wide range of wildlife and World heritage sites. The Victoria Falls (Tokaleya Tonga: Mosi-oa-Tunya, "The Smoke that Thunders") is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.

Victoria Falls is classified as the largest, based on its combined width of 1,708 meters (5,604ft) and height of 108 meters (354 ft), resulting in the world's largest sheet of falling water.

Harare is the capital city of Zimbabwe and the most populous city. It is the economic center of Zimbabwe. Agriculture and gold mining are the main economic activities in this city, as well as the service industry. Numerous historical sites and cultural sites can be found here, sites like the National Gallery of Zimbabwe, National Museum, Queen Victoria Library and national archives are all in this city.

The National Botanical Garden in the city is home to abundant plant species while the Mukuvisi woodlands Nature Reserve is home to some of the country's wildlife.

Bulawayo is rich in history, it is the country's industrial center. It has both historical and urban architecture, tree-lined boulevards, and well-planned public structures.You will be delighted to find out that this city is in the proximity to the Matobo National Park, Victoria Falls, Khami Ruins, and the Matobo Hills.

Victoria falls are the main attraction whenever you spell Zimbabwe.

Matobo Hills is also one of the main attractions in Zimbabwe, here you will be able to see the majestic granite kopjes, a wide variety of trees and multiple ancient rock art sites which depicts much of Zimbabwe's history over a thousand of years.

There are a number of ancient ruined cities built in a unique dry-stone style. Among the most famous of these are the Great Zimbabwe ruins in Masvingo. Other ruins include Khami Ruins, Dhlo Dhlo, Naletale and many others.
