Myanmar is a country in Southeast Asia, it is bordered by China to the North and Northeast, India and Bangladesh to the West, Laos and Thailand to the east. The capital city of Myanmar is Naypyidaw. Official language of Myanmar is Burmese.
缅甸是东南亚的国家，北与东北接中国，西与印度和孟加拉为邻，东接老挝和泰国。缅甸的首都是内比都，它的官方语言是缅甸语。
National Flag 国旗
The national flag of Myanmar has three horizontal stripes, from top to bottom, red, yellow, green, and a black five star in the middle.

The national anthem of Myanmar is “Kaba Ma Kyei” which means “Till the End of the World.”

The national animal of Myanmar is the white elephant and its national bird is the Green Peafowl. The white elephant is revered as a blessing towards the entire country.

Yangon 仰光
Once the capital city of Myanmar, Yangon is a unique city with unique buildings and architecture. The world's oldest pagoda, Shwedagon Pagoda is found here.

Karaweik Palace has been designed to resemble a royal boat, with two graceful birds and a highly ornate and detailed roof. The front of the boat looks like a Karaweik, a mythological bird from Burmese folklore and legends. It has a golden ball in its beak. The rear of the boat is the bird’s tail. Golds and reds are the main colors and a statue of a spirit sits on top of the tail.

Naypyidaw 内比都
Naypyidaw officially replaced Yangon as the capital of Myanmar in November 2005. It officially goes by the acronym of NPT. The 27th Southeast Asian Games took place in this city.

This is the second largest city in Myanmar and it is centered around the Royal Palace. It is home to some gorgeous temples, a haunted monastery, and even ‘the world’s largest book.’ You can also enjoy an excellent sunset from the top of Mandalay Hill. Most of the city’s main spots can conveniently be explored in a single day on foot.
