The United Arab Emirates is a country in Western Asia, it borders Oman to the east and Saudi Arabia to the south and west. The capital city of The United Arab Emirates is Abu Dhabi, its official language is Arabic.
阿拉伯联合酋长国是西亚国家，东部与阿曼接壤，南部和西部与沙特阿拉伯接壤。阿拉伯联合酋长国的首都是阿布扎比，其官方语言是阿拉伯语。
National Flag 国旗
The national flag of the United Arab Emirates contains the Pan Arab colors of red, green, white and black (a vertical red stripe at the hoist, and tree horizontal stripes of green, white, and black from top to bottom).

Abu Dhabi 阿布扎比
Abu Dhabi is the capital city of the UAE, it is located on an island in the Persian Gulf. The city’s history can be traced back to around 3000 B.C. It was formerly an undeveloped town of only local importance, but the emirate’s oil revenues enabled it to evolve into a modern city with a fully developed infrastructure.
阿布扎比是阿联酋的首都，它位于波斯湾的一个岛屿上。这座城市的历史可以追溯到公元前3000年左右。它以前是一个只在当地有重要意义的未开发城镇，但酋长国的石油收入使它得以发展成为一个拥有充分发展的基础设施的现代化城市。

Dubai is one of the seven Emirates in the UAE; its capital city is also known by the same name. It was the center of trade and pearling in the middle ages. In 1930s, its pearl industry collapsed due to the Great Depression but its economy recovered after oil was discovered in the Emirate. Dubai has more than 70 luxury shopping centers, and it has the largest mall in the world – the Mall of the Emirates.

Sharjah is the third largest emirate in the UAE, it is home to the best museums and art galleries in the country. UNESCO declared it the cultural capital of the Arab World in nineteen ninety-eight, and in 2014 it became the capital of Islamic Culture in 2014.

Ajman 阿杰曼
Ajman is the smallest Emirate in the country in terms of land area. It has sandy beaches but is mainly characterized by the rugged Hajjar mountain range. Ajman Fort is one of the country’s historic landmarks, it dates back to the eighteenth century and it has been transformed into a museum.

With an area of 1,450 square kilometers, Fujairah is the fifth-largest emirate in the UAE. It is a mountainous, desert-filled region that also holds the distinction of being the only emirate located along the Gulf of Oman. Best places to see in Fujairah include the Al Bidya Mosque, Al Hayl Castle, and Fujairah Heritage Village.

Ras Al Khaimah is the fourth-largest emirate in the country, spanning an area of 1700 square kilometers. Lately, the emirate has also been expanding its business and tourism industries. Among its noteworthy attractions are the Dhayah Fort, Ras Al Khaimah National Museum, and Iceland Water Park.

Umm Al Quwain 奥姆库温
You will find Umm Al Quwain between the emirates of Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman. It has the smallest population in the UAE, with agriculture, fishing, and pearl diving as the main industries. Here, you can explore the Al Dour Port, enjoy the attractions at Dream Land Aqua Park, and see the beautiful Umm Al Quwain Islands.
