Student Visa Will Open to All Int'l Students This Month

After more than two years abroad, foreign students are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. As of press time, students from Bangladesh, as well as some Malaysian and Malian students have reported that they have successfully applied for and received student visa.

As for Bangladeshi students, visa application is open to all returning to or joining universities in China after receiving NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their relevant schools.
International students from Pakistan who are enrolled in 147 universities will soon travel back to China. The Chinese Ministry of Foreign affairs approved a list of 2,650 students to travel back to China.
MFA sent the list of selected students to Higher Education commission of Pakistan and to the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan.
Students are advised to contact Gerry's office for the Visa application process. Then after getting Visa, they will be allowed to travel back to China.

Also, after the Chinese foreign minister's tour in Mongolia, China's ministry of foreign affairs through diplomat Ji Rong announced that they have agreed to increase direct flights to facilitate personnel exchanges, strengthen youth exchanges and sub-national cooperation to consolidate bilateral friendship.
