DA！建筑事务所是由俄罗斯和中国组成的跨国设计团队，致力于探索建筑研究和建筑实践的边界。我们的设计初衷是善意的也是创意的，有社会性的也是诗意的，理性的也是实验性的。

DA！中文发音的意思是“伟大”，俄语发音的意思是“是的”我们通过即兴创作和讲故事的方式，做出让人们善意、微笑、超现实主义和梦幻般的设计。自成立以来，大！建筑事务所追求用故事驱动设计。我们努力打造独特、艺术、诗意的心灵场所，与自然、人不断对话，其中蕴含着深刻的内涵。总的来说，我们的事务所有近 100 个设计奖项，从城市设计、建筑设计到装置设计，我们有志于创造越来越多的独特项目。

DA! Architects studio has two offices in Hangzhou, Moscow，with young and energetic team and comfortable working environment. DA! is a company that pays great attention to work-life balance. DA! Architects team believes in incomplete, improvisational spaces that can vividly evolve over time. We are willing to devote all our energy to conceptual thinking and practice excellence in the project. We have weekly online reading club discussions and DA! xue activities. We believe that the collective power can break down the limits of the discipline and also promote our thinking about the world.

Recruitment positions

建筑师  2名

Architect

1. 有3年以上工作经历者优先，熟知中国建筑设计相关规范，了解施工流程，具有较强的协调沟通能力；

1. More than 3 years working experience is preferred, familiar with Chinese architectural design related specifications, understand the construction process, have strong coordination and communication skills;

2. 熟练应用AutoCAD，Rhino，AdobeSuite  等专业软件；

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite and other professional software；

3. 良好的团队合作能力和项目执行能力，能够配合快速的办公节奏；

3. Good team work and project execution ability, ability to work with fast pace；

4. 具备优秀的创作及沟通能力，能够清晰、有逻辑地进行方案汇报，与甲方取得良好的沟通效果；

4. Excellent creative and communication skills, ability to report the scheme clearly and logically, and achieve good communication effect with a client 

助理建筑师  2名

Assistant Architect

1. 全日制建筑学专业本科5年毕业，兼具出色的设计能力和扎实的技术知识，关注建筑细节、材料构造，建筑落地性控制；

1. Full time bachelor degree in architecture for 5 years, with excellent design ability and solid technical knowledge, focusing on building details, material structure and building landing control;

2. 具有优秀的职业素养和责任心，善于沟通，能够高效有序地融入设计团队；

2. Excellent professionalism and sense of responsibility, good at communication, able to integrate into the design team efficiently and orderly;

3. 熟练应用Rhino, AdobeSuite 等软件。

3. Skillfully use Rhino, Adobe Suite and other software

4. 每月7000-8000人民币起，外加项目提成及优秀工作奖金。

4. subsidy is 7000 RMB per month, project commission and excellent work bonus;

建筑实习生  2-4名 Architectural Intern

1. 有良好的完善、发展设计能力和研究能力；

1. Have good design and research ability to improve and develop;

2. 有较强的手工模型制作能力；

2. Strong ability of manual model making;

3. 实习期不少于3个月者优先；

3. Internship period no less than 3 months is preferred;

4. 实习补贴每月2500-3000人民币起，项目提成及优秀实习生奖金。

4. Internship subsidy is 2500 RMB per month, project commission and excellent intern bonus;

新媒体专员 1名New Media Specialist
1. 有良好的完善、发展设计能力和研究能力；

1. Good design and research ability to improve and develop;

2. 对内容创作有热情，对设计热爱且文字功底扎实，有写作经验。

2. Passion for content creation, love for design, solid writing skills and writing experience.

3. 能承担对外媒体事务，筹划选题，制定相关计划。3. Ability to undertake external media affairs, plan topics and make relevant plans;4. 薪酬每月3000人民币起，及优秀员工奖金。4. Salary from 3000 RMB per month and bonus for excellent employees;
