十一黄金周，2022年艺术上海国际博览会将闪耀开幕，以艺术之名凝聚艺术力量，为3.0版的艺博会模式开启新篇。作为上海今年的首个大型艺术博览会，本届博览会移师南京东路第一百货商业中心，首批展商包括30余家国内知名画廊和艺术机构，超150位中外艺术家参展。作为年度艺术顶尖盛会，博览会现场超过4000平米，涵盖经典当代、潮流艺术、数字藏品等多个板块。展示作品逾千件，其中不乏赵无极、吴冠中、海日汗等名家画作，百余位中国当代优秀艺术家将汇聚一堂。此外，众多印象派大师的真迹及青木贤司、比尔·彭伯恩、阿莲娜·奥拉苏克等海外艺术家作品亦将悉数亮相。7天的展期内还将有十余场论坛、颁奖礼、发布会等多个精彩活动，“童彩杯”少儿科艺大赛专区亦将为孩子们带来精彩活动。
During the Golden Week of October 2022, Art Plus Shanghai International Fair will open it’s doors and bring an incredible range of talent to the public. This is a hugely impressive gathering which demonstrates the power of art to amaze and educate and represents a cutting edge iteration of the art fair model. As the first large-scale art fair in Shanghai this year, this year's fair moved to the First Department Store Commercial Center on East Nanjing Road, and the first exhibitors include more than 30 domestic well-known galleries and art institutions, with over 150 Chinese and foreign artists participating. As the top art event of the year, the fair site exceeds 4,000 square meters, covering classic contemporary, trendy art, digital collections and many other sections. More than 1,000 works will be displayed, including paintings by Zao Wou-ki, Wu Guanzhong, Hai Rihan and other famous artists, and more than 100 outstanding Chinese contemporary artists will come together. There will be more than ten forums, award ceremonies, conferences and other events during the seven-day exhibition period, and the "Kids' Cup" children's science and art competition will also bring exciting activities for children.

宝龙美术馆将于2022年9月24日至2022年11月3日呈现艺术家井士剑个展“次9”。井士剑的创作涉及绘画、雕塑、装置、行为、影像等多种媒介，是中国当代艺术中为数不多地具有通识意义的艺术家。
在宝龙美术馆的展出由一楼大厅的雕塑与展厅中的绘画两个部分组成：前者根据美术馆的游观线路和空间特征，用一组带有浪漫与神秘色彩的作品引导观众，一个功能性空间因艺术的公共介入而生发出象征的意味；后者则以最近十年间的代表性作品为主，如“潇湘八景”、“小中现大”、“谜·糊”等——它们的影响可以从诸多其他同类母题创作中看出来，从实践上呼应井士剑所关注的湖山地理与艺术关系等问题。
From September 24, 2022 to November 3, 2022, Powerlong Art Museum will present a solo exhibition by artist Jing Shijian. Jing Shijian's work involves painting, sculpture, installation, performance, video and other media, and is one of the few artists in Chinese contemporary art with a generalist approach.
The former is based on the museum's touring route and spatial characteristics, with a set of romantic and mysterious works to guide the audience, a functional space symbolized by the public intervention of art; the latter is based on representative works from the last decade. 全新展览“动感视界：来自泰特美术馆的欧普与动态艺术馆藏”将为观众们带来维克多·瓦沙雷利创作的包括《超新星》（Supernovae，1959-61）在内的数件知名艺术作品。本次展览还将以专门空间呈现纽约现代艺术博物馆曾经的展览“响应之眼”（The Responsive Eye，1965），维克多·瓦沙雷利是当时的参展艺术家之一。“响应之眼”是最具影响力也是最早捕捉到欧普艺术、以及“视觉”或“视网膜”艺术成为新趋势的展览之一，它在当时受到了广泛欢迎并轰动一时，成为热门现象级展览的早期代表。
在现在的社会里，欧普艺术与当下审美风格不期而遇，它凭借着变幻的特点受到不同人群的喜爱，出现在各类时装秀场、建筑装饰、流行文化等领域，在艺术界与设计界持续大放光彩。
The new exhibition "The Dynamic Eye" will present several well-known works by Victor Vasarely, including Supernovae (1959-61). The exhibition will also feature a dedicated space for The Responsive Eye (1965), an exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, in which Victor Vasarely was one of the participating artists. "The Responsive Eye was one of the most influential and earliest exhibitions to capture the new trend of Op Art, and "visual" or "retinal" art, which was widely welcomed and became a hit at the time. After becoming a sensation it came to be seen as an early representative of a popular and phenomenal exhibition.
In today's society, Op Art meets the current aesthetic style and is loved by different people with its changing characteristics, appearing in various fashion shows, architectural decoration, pop culture and other fields, continuing to shine in the art and design world.

2022年9月28日，MAP全新展览“乐趣与智慧——意大利当代设计”于美术馆4A、4B展厅正式与公众见面。展览被分为13个单元，呈现了意大利设计史在过去70年间所留下的的百余件经典设计作品。其种类纷繁多样，涵盖了生活的方方面面：包括桌椅、灯具、餐具等日常用品。
展览呈现了众多意大利标志性设计的诞生及演变过程，其中包含了多位名声显赫的世界级设计师，同时也汇聚了诸多著名意大利设计品牌和制造商所推出的经典家具设计。
On September 28th 2022, MAP's new exhibition "Design For Fun" will be on display in Galleries 4A and 4B. The exhibition is divided into 13 sections, presenting more than 100 classic works of Italian design over the past 70 years. 古驰携手栩栩华生内容集团共同策划的展览“#想象上海 BLOOMING SHANGHAI”艺术征集企划特别呈现”将于9月27日在上海静安嘉里中心开幕，并于9月28日至10月9日期间对公众开放。
本次展览延伸自双方于2022年夏日共同发起的“#想象上海 BLOOMING SHANGHAI艺术创作征集企划”。该大型公共艺术企划面向大众，特别向过去、现在、未来居住在上海的朋友发出邀请，以开放的命题对这座”梦之城”展开多元畅想，透过多维视角发掘城市里“美”存在的⽆限可能，并最终收获了上千件关于上海的想象。
The exhibition "Blooming Shanghai", curated by Gucci, will open on September 27th , and will be open to the public from September 28th to October 9th.
The exhibition is an extension of the "BLOOMING SHANGHAI" art project launched by both parties in the summer of 2022. This large-scale public art project is open to the general public and invites those who have lived in Shanghai in the past, present and future to imagine the "City of Dreams" with an open proposition, and to discover the unlimited possibilities of "beauty" in the city through a multi-dimensional perspective. In the end, thousands of pieces of imagination about Shanghai were collected.

为迎接党的二十大胜利召开，以高度的民族自信向世界展示东方视觉文化精神，展示新时代海派漆画创作的多元面貌，助力上海成为中国当代漆文化的“码头”和“源头”，2022年10月1日至11月4日上海浦东碧云美术馆将呈现最新群展“漆彩东方——第五届上海漆画作品展”。本届展览在“喜迎党的二十大”主题的引领下，面向长三角地区广泛征集作品200余件，最终展出作品110件，其中平面96件和立体作品14件。在这些参展作品中，包括征集遴选作品80件，全国漆画界的重要作者的近期力作30余件，上海其他画种的著名艺术家以及韩国、法国漆艺家的漆画（立体）作品30余件。
From October 1 to November 4, 2022, Shanghai Biyun Art Museum in Pudong will present the latest group exhibition "Lacquer Color Oriental". Led by the theme of "Welcoming the 20th Party Congress", this exhibition has collected more than 200 pieces of works from the Yangtze River Delta region, and finally exhibited 110 pieces of works, including 96 pieces of flat and 14 pieces of three-dimensional works. Among these works, there are 80 pieces of selected works, 30 pieces of recent lacquer paintings by national lacquer painters, and 30 pieces of lacquer paintings (three-dimensional) by famous artists from other painting genres in Shanghai, as well as Korean and French lacquer artists.

在忙碌的生活中，我们尤其需要治愈人心的美好事物。在日常生活里营造微小却重要的“仪式”，例如抚琴、插花、煮茶、点香，用刹那欢喜构建起内心的安稳感，这是古人流传至今的生活智慧。在案几上陈设一尊铜炉，轻点一炉沉香，这是东方人独有的风雅日常。近期华宝楼推出了这个展览，呈现传统铜香炉的古雅大美，让观展者进入空灵妙境，靠近、品味东方炉香，感受忘却尘嚣的深沉寂静。
In our hectic modern lives we have a special need of beautiful moments that bring us joy and heal our stresses and strains. Creating small but important "rituals" in daily life, such as playing the zither, arranging flowers, making tea, lighting incense, and building up a sense of inner peace with a moment of joy, is the wisdom of life passed down from the ancients to the present day. A copper stove on the table and a light incense burner are the unique daily rituals of the East. Recently, Huabao House launched this exhibition to present the ancient and elegant beauty of traditional copper incense burners, allowing visitors to enter the ethereal realm, to get close to and taste the oriental incense, and to feel the deep silence of forgetting the hustle and bustle of the world.

2022年9月30日，由宝龙美术馆主办，宝龙艺术中心、蜂巢艺术中心和当代东京画廊共同协办的「暖流Warm Current——中日韩当代艺术邀请展」在上海宝龙美术馆8号厅盛大启幕。本次展览由潘微先生担任策展人，展览将持续至2022年11月20日。
展览以“暖流”为主题，集结中、日、韩三个主要亚洲国家的青年艺术家28位，共计78件作品。展览分为三个单元，映照单元展现艺术家与时代的互动与校准，通过具象探索多重叙述；迷雾单元集合抽象风格，于表征里探索潜藏空间，通过符码与想象构建表达；华光单元蕴含充沛激情，是生命力与创造力的迸发。
On September 30, 2022, "Warm Current", organized by Powerlong Art Museum and co-organized by Powerlong Art Center, Beehive Art Center and Contemporary Tokyo Gallery, opened in Hall 8 of Shanghai Powerlong Art Museum. The exhibition is curated by Mr. Pan Wei and will run until November 20, 2022.
With the theme of "Warm Current", the exhibition features 28 young artists from three major Asian countries, namely China, Japan and Korea, with a total of 78 pieces of works. The exhibition is divided into three sections: the Reflection section shows the interaction and calibration between artists and the times, exploring multiple narratives through figuration; the Mist section gathers abstract styles, exploring the latent space within the representation, and constructing expressions through symbols and imagination; and the Light section contains abundant passion, an outburst of vitality and creativity.

SGA沪申画廊 （上海）欣然举办群展“小夜曲:关于我们的五个故事”，展出艺术家包括周啸虎、耿旖旎、赵博、贺勋和谭彼得。此次展览由独立策展人王凯梅策划，并持续至2022年11月20日结束。
展览的标题来自日籍英国作家石黑一雄的短篇小说集《小夜曲：音乐与黄昏的五个故事》。在小说中，石黑一雄把五个痴爱音乐的艺术家的命运串联成一组音乐人生的浮世绘，以小夜曲的形式建构一部文字谱写的音乐体验。在这个将视觉艺术作为旋律和音节的展览上，五位艺术家分别承担起人类纪里多样化的“我们”的代言人，他们各自以传统与创新、艺术与劳作、风景与意识、动物与人类以及人类情感的物质与精神，谱出一部关于“我们”与同属于这世界的“非我们“ 的小夜曲。
Space & Gallery Association (SGA) Shanghai is pleased to present Nocturnes: Five stories about us ––a group exhibition curated by independent curator Wang Kaimei. The exhibition invites 5 contemporary Chinese artists: Zhou Xiaohu, Geng Yini, Zhao Bo, He Xun and Tan Bide to reobserve the interconnections of our existence with the world in the epoch of Anthropocene. The exhibition is on view through 20th November 2022.
Nocturnes: Five Stories About Us derived its title from Kazuo Ishiguro's first collection of short stories: Nocturnes: Five Stories of Music and Nightfall. The Japanese British author threads the fate of five music-obsessed individuals into an affective ukiyo-e display about music life––and builds the novel into a musical experience through his lyrical serenade. Composed with the rhythms and syllables in visual aesthetics, the show conflates tradition and innovation, art and labour, landscape and consciousness, animals and humans, and the material and spiritual aspects of human emotions into a nocturne. Here, the melodies and chords of “us” interweave and meander to form the extensive network that interconnects our existence in this world.

黄立言总是画一些不着边际的画儿，一如他自知、敏感，又甘愿于边缘的态度。他的作品带有一种荒诞的意味，幽默，且黑色，还有星星点点的浪漫镶嵌在画面的天地之间，混沌出扭曲、变态与分裂的超现实场景。不知所终的神秘和悬疑语境，如同无迹可循的午夜梦魇。于是，幽闭，没有出路，却偶尔露出“失重”的峥嵘。
我说，黄立言是一位有趣而无用的人，做着有趣而无用的事儿。黄立言却说：其实我是一个既无趣又无用的人。真是有些“不知好歹”！
Huang Liyan has always created paintings that seemingly dance around the subject, echoing with the characteristics of their creator: self-aware, sensitive and at ease with being on the margins. I describe Huang Liyan as someone who is interesting but of no use, someone who does interesting yet useless things. However, Huang Liyan himself says: “I am actually someone who’s neither interesting nor of use.”
As if he didn’t know any better!

2022年9月3日至11月30日，上海近代艺术馆将呈现波普代表艺术家及同时代大师们的大型版画展览“与波普撞个满怀”，展览涵盖了安迪·沃霍尔、罗伯特·印第安纳、草间弥生、村上隆、KAWS、赵无极、丢勒、毕加索等十八位艺术家，八十余幅版画作品以及衍生潮玩手办，让我们一起探索波普艺术之于现当代社会史与图像史的意义，以多元视角审视和探讨当代社会、大众文化以及时代特征。
From September 3 to November 30, 2022, the Modern Art Museum of Shanghai will present a large-scale exhibition of prints by Pop artists and their contemporaries, which includes 18 artists including Andy Warhol, Robert Indiana, Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami, KAWS, Zao Wou-ki, Dürer, Picasso, and more than 80 prints as well as derivative toys, allowing us to explore the significance of Pop art in the history of contemporary society and images, and to examine and discuss contemporary society, popular culture and the characteristics of the times from a diversified perspective.

Unrestricted, always flowing in dynamic movement, fibre's new exhibition RUBY 9100M by Ruby will officially open to the public on September 29, 2022 at the new space 3F, No. 12, Lane 273, Jiaozhou Road (XC 273), Jing'an District, Shanghai. Organized by fibre, with academic support from áunn museum and technical support from Meizou Digital Technology, this exhibition is an important review of Ruby's practice in the field of cyber art.

展览主题引申于——西方——古希腊神话人物阿耳戈斯的典故，空间被改造成一座——东方——单向回环、包罗万境的园林式情景，并借由标题中英双语的错位，隐喻邵文欢一以贯之的艺术语意和独树一帜的创作手段。截取自不同文化和历史维度的“样本”被糅合于这座“园林”的各个角落，作品通过宏大和微观并叙的双重视角，展现了艺术家的关切：因疆域边界产生的观看差异和无法隔绝的人类文化共情，将何去何从？
Inspired by a western allusion of the Greek mythological figure, Argus Panoptes, the exhibition space presents in an Eastern style in the form of an all-encompassing oriental "garden-like" scene that offers a one-way route for the visitors. Its disparate bilingual title underscores Shao Wenhuan's consistent artistic contexts and unique creative approach. The "samples" drawn from various cultural and historical dimensions are integrated into all corners of this "garden," showing the artist's concern through both macro and micro perspectives: how do we negotiate disparate ways of viewing due to regional differences and the universal human cultural empathy?

今天，我们正经历着——被人工智能、算法系统、区块链技术等技术围建的新媒介时代，这也是一个承载着个性化偏好，推行分布式模块，并以共同发展为未来愿景的时代。若从语言学的角度理解，新媒介时代的到来，正在为以形式改造意义的“神话”系统提供更多的新载体，但事物之“自然”也随之被进一步消解及覆盖。始于对这一现象背后新常态的共通感受，展览结合艺术家形态多元的作品创作，通过三个篇章引出“共同”（solidarity）这一概念，去探讨不同向度中的文化符号是否因媒介发展而产生认知危机。
We live in a new media era constructed by artificial intelligence, algorithmic systems, blockchains and other technologies—one that promises to provide personalized experiences, promote distributed network, and envision the future of communities. In reality, however, the proliferation of digital communication on and through a limited set of mainstream platforms has led to numerous diverse discourses in the public sphere. A commonly understood methodology of decision-making is prevented by the challenges of opposing interests which aren’t effectively regulated, and the specific meanings of "solidarity" have degenerated into ambiguous forms due to overuse and over-consumption. From a linguistic perspective, newmedia provides extra vehicles for the "mythological" system that transforms meaning into form to further dismantle the understanding of reality as "natural" when it is instead socially constructed.Starting from this new normal, the exhibition posits three chapters that introduce the notion of"solidarity" from various dimensions, revealing how the excessive meaning given to the term"solidarity" conceals a cognitive crisis.

Artist Ying Xinxun has long focused on the unique cultural and emotional properties of different natural materials, combining them with the subtle experiences of everyday life through artistic techniques.
In the seventh exhibition hall of Powerlong Museum, the Velvet Project appears in its fullest and richest form, in which the artist has carefully implanted many ‘dark lines’ of art, life and technology. These can not only be viewed but also touched and interacted with, potentially leading to the construction of landscapes, knowledge and emotional maps by the perception of the viewer. This can be seen as not only a work of art but a ‘spectacle sanatorium’ open to everyone to explore.

The exhibition is the first open, immersive, exploratory, history-oriented, original IP interactive exhibition in China, with a total of 18 dramatic experience spaces, using live action, light and shadow, models, images, text, digital interaction, product installations and other presentation methods, reflecting art interaction, data mapping, visualisation and other cross-material, cross-discipline media and technology applications. With the history of the Han Dynasty as the background and contemporary design as the link, a more vivid and meaningful " Han Fu" and "Han Style" is presented in a digital multimedia way to strengthen the link and learning between young people and traditional culture in the Y&Z era in an educational and entertaining way. It is a fun and educational way to strengthen the link between the Y&Z generation and traditional culture.

The exhibition is a multi-dimensional experience of the 'Chinoiserie' that swept through Europe and influenced European art and culture, using a millennium-old oriental art form, the 'reclining tour'. and aesthetic goals.
The exhibition includes 14 rare black lacquer and gilded antiques from the KCG's collection, and uses contemporary digital video technology to create a romantic dreamscape for viewing and savouring the prosperity of the world, inviting the public to explore the wonders of Chinese craftsmanship while sitting, lying and walking.
This dramatic and educational exhibition is an immersive multi-media experience of the ‘Chinoiserie’ that swept through Europe and had a pronounced influence on several aspects of European art and culture at the time. Using a millennia old art form, the ‘reclining tour’ and possessing highly distinctive aesthetic goals, it was revolutionary to European craftsmen of the age. The exhibition features work from French artist Vincent Cazeneuve, who has dedicated his artistic career to the exploration and potential of lacquer.

2022年7月15日至10月23日，全国首个叙事交互游戏式展览《命运的缺席》于上海K11购物艺术中心的chi K11美术馆展出。展览由当代艺术调查局（ABI）策展小组首次研发新的策展概念，汇集来自20位先锋艺术家的当代艺术作品，囊括影像、雕塑、灯光、3D 打印、平面等跨材质、跨学科、跨领域的介质，运用《荷马史诗》及《神谱》中的神话描述为线索并借鉴逻辑推理与体验游戏的形式，将作品串联为完整的全新叙事，以唤起公众对于科技更迭与信仰存在间多方位的深层思考。
From July 15th to October 23rd 2022, the country's first narrative interactive game-style exhibition "The Absence of Destiny" is being exhibited at the chi K11 Art Museum at the K11 Shopping Art Center in Shanghai. The exhibition is for the first time developed by the Curatorial Team of the Contemporary Art Investigative, bringing together contemporary art works from 20 avant-garde artists, including cross-material, interdisciplinary and cross-field media such as video, sculpture, lighting, 3D printing, and flat surfaces, using the mythological descriptions in Homer's Epic and Divine Genealogy as clues and drawing on the form of logical reasoning and experimental games, connecting the works into a complete new narrative to evoke the public's deep thinking on the multi-faceted aspects between technological change and the existence of faith.

Shanghai Fosun Foundation will present the Liu Jianhua solo exhibition “Liu Jianhua: Metaphysical Objects” from September 17 to October 30, 2022, with ten works from different periods in the artist’s career, including ceramic creations spanning forty years of the artist’s practice with this material, a large public sculpture, and a large site-specific installation created for the foundation's third floor exhibition space. The works in this exhibition strip away the Eastern traditions of functional aesthetic form, and reveal a more universal cognitive dimension by crossing wide swaths of time and space.

As we grow up, we slowly put our innocent former selves deeper and deeper inside, but no matter how deep it goes, the innocent child always remains within us. We hope that while girls have armour, they will also remember to be themselves.
Most of the works in this exhibition were created in 2021 and 2022, and are new works by Xiaoye in the past two years. The number of works in the exhibition is around 50, and the style of the works in the exhibition is abstract.

The large-scale original exhibition Dream In Ukiyo-E is an immersive 5D art experience with a combination of visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory and taste. Dream in Ukiyo-E will integrate more than 50 minutes of original digital art images, nearly 150 masterpieces of Ukiyo-e, 80 sets of high-tech projection and special effects equipment, more than 60 surround sound, 2,300 square meters of full-scene immersion experience exhibition space, in-depth presentation of Chinese classic art, lifestyle, famous literary works, Tang and Song aesthetic elemnts and the Ukiyo-e masters of different periods of time dialogue for more than 300 years, digital technology and art intermingling innovation, reproduce the Edo Meiji era It is the largest Ukiyo-e art exhibition to date, reproducing all the life styles, customs, natural scenery, the change of seasons and artistic achievements of the Edo-Meiji era.

A labyrinth has been built on the seventh floor of the recently opened Shanghai East Library． The "Reading Labyrinth: Readers of the World" is now on display.The photos on display in the labyrinth were taken by curator Jane Feng from all over the world, and they are framed by all kinds of people doing the same thing, reading.
As the first exhibition in the reading promotion area on the 7th floor of the Shanghai Library East, these figures of readers from all over the world are inviting readers of the Shanghai Library East to join in reading together. By reading, we can go global together.

Fledgling Artist Project TangGuozhi’s Solo Exhibition contains an impressive range of artistic experiments in multiple media, including installations and easel painting. The combined effect is to present the unity and wholeness of colour and form, which it does with considerable success. Carry on from the whole exhibition hall presents a strong contrast of black and gold, darkness and light. Black is like a mysterious and unknown universe, and a piece of artwork seems to be suspended in nothingness. The easel paintings on the black background are integrated with the black walls and have a sense of layering.
