随着2023年的悄然而至，西浦未来教育学院与全国的教育同仁们共同走过了2022年的旅程。

过去的一年中，疫情形势严峻复杂，新的挑战接踵而至。而西浦未来教育学院在困难面前逆流而上，在构建教育创新生态、支持教育者终身学习成长、探索“以学生为中心”的学习模式、开展前沿教育研究与实践、培养未来教育领导者、助力教师全生命周期发展等核心方向上实现了可观的发展，收获了丰富的成长。

同时，西浦未来教育学院一如既往积极回应全国教育同仁、教学创新者们的学习交流热情，通过线上线下等丰富的方式，以各类精彩丰富的社群活动开展和赋能研修为上千所院校、百万名教育从业者、千万名社会各界的教育关注者们带来了启发、收获和成长。

在2023年的崭新帷幕缓缓升起之际，西浦未来教育学院特推出“2023新年特刊”系列专辑，带您从多个角度出发，回顾西浦未来教育学院2022年的足迹与精彩，见证西浦未来教育学院对推进中国教育变革与创新的行动和热忱。

本文将从六大研究领域、2022年科研成果、两大特色研究政策、博士生科研小结等方向，带您回顾西浦未来教育学院2022年中在创新前沿教育理论、影响未来教育实践方面的进展和成果。

西浦未来教育学院2022科研回顾

六大研究领域

西浦未来教育学院致力于通过研究当下全球教育改革的关键挑战，提出促进教育改革的理念和路径，助力教育的转型和创新。

基于这一目标和使命，在跨国教育和教育国际化的背景下，西浦未来教育学院重点聚焦六大重点研究领域，展开未来教育的广泛、深入的探索，实现研究与实践的协同。

2022年，西浦未来教育学院在未来教育多个方向上展开了丰富探索，收获了可观的成果，为面向未来的教育发展和探索做出了积极的贡献。

特别兴趣研究小组

Special Interest Group (SIG)

基于“通过研究的主动性、合作性和生产性活动来创造影响力，提高高质量的学术研究绩效”的研究愿景，西浦未来教育学院鼓励科研人员展开更多高质量研究，并在期刊排名的要素外提升对研究过程和原创性、重要性、严谨性等特质的聚焦。因此，西浦未来教育学院组织建立了特别兴趣小组(SIG)。

特别兴趣小组旨在鼓励西浦未来教育学院在某个战略重点研究领域进行团队研究。研究人员将获得更多的自主性和开放性，根据自身研究兴趣来组织团队开展研究。特别兴趣小组的开展，将更好地支持由研究人员内在兴趣驱动的、并与西浦未来教育学院战略重点研究领域相一致的各类项目的开展。

基于实践的教育研究

相较传统的学术研究，基于实践的教育研究有着显著的特色。它旨在通过提供有形的产品或服务来推动教育实践，对教育工作者产生更加显著的社会影响，进而形成西浦未来教育学院与中国乃至世界教育界之间更广阔的纽带。

一直以来，基于实践的教育研究都以其独特的方式影响着教育领域。“产生基于实践的研究成果”是西浦未来教育学院现阶段的战略重点之一，作为其体现的“研究影响力”也是西浦未来教育学院研究愿景的重要组成部分。基于实践的教育研究可以同时由部门、团体或个人发起，并收到来自学院层面的多类型支持。

博士生科研回顾

2022年中，西浦未来教育学院共计迎来13名博士生新生。

目前学院共有在读博士生30人，研究方向涵盖了学院的六大研究领域，为学院的整体科研注入了更多新鲜血液，并持续推进学院各领域研究的下潜和外延。

西浦未来教育学院迎来首位博士毕业生

2022年7月，博士生李娜在论文答辩后完成了博士期间全部学业，收获了教育学博士学位，成为了西浦未来教育学院的首位博士毕业生。

李娜在博士学习阶段展现了出色的研究能力和素养。作为西浦未来教育学院教育发展部的职员，她在读博期间高效地将工作和学业进行了协调与融合，在仅仅两年半的时间里，不仅圆满完成了各项工作，更是共计发表27篇（部）论文和出版物，其中包括1篇中科院一区心理学顶刊、3篇国际SSCI一区教育技术顶刊论文在内的8篇一作国际核心期刊。她的研究学术质量通过了英国利物浦大学学位委员会的严格审核，获利物浦大学颁发的博士学位。她的求学故事受到了西浦校内外的广泛关注和传播，也成为了更多未来教育学院学子们的榜样和目标。
