It will be easier for foreigners to obtain work permits
The Sanya authorities made it easier to obtain work and residence permits for highly qualified foreign specialists.
The corresponding single window service was recently launched by the city's Immigration Office in conjunction with the local Office of Science, Industry and Informatization. Previously, the newspaper writes, it took at least ten days to complete the documents allowing foreign specialists to live and work in the city. After the launch of the new service, the entire process can now be completed in 3-5 days.
"Single window" allowed to combine services for the acceptance, verification and issuance of documents. Submission of applications for registration is possible both online and offline. According to the latest official data, 462 foreign specialists from 60 countries, including Russia, US, Thailand, South Africa, Great Britain and a number of others, have work permits in Hainan's Sanya.

为服务保障海南自贸港引才引智工作，全面提升国际人才服务水平，市公安局出入境管理支队签证窗口与市科工信局外专业务日前正式入驻市政府政务服务中心人才“单一窗口”，为三亚外籍人才提供工作、居留许可联审联检服务。
“以前外籍人才办理工作、居留许可等业务至少需要10个工作日。现在基本上3至5个工作日即可完成。”三亚市科工信局相关负责人介绍，外籍人才“单一窗口”共设置联审联检窗口3个，可提供市公安局的外国人工作类居留许可受理、发证服务和市科工信局的外国人工作许可行政审批服务。
截至目前，三亚持有效工作许可证的外国人才462人，其中A类44人、B类287人、C类131人，主要来自俄罗斯、美国、泰国、南非、英国等60个国家。
Tianjin: 1 imported case and Air France's Tianjin flight will be suspended for two weeks
The 256th imported case is a Chinese who lived in Paris recently. The patient took flight (CA934) from Paris and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on July 1st. He has been transferred to the designated hospital for treatment after tested positive for COVID-19 on July 5th.
So far, of all the 256 imported cases, 247 patients have been discharged upon recovery. 9 patients still hospitalized.

China’s aviation regulator will suspend Air France’s Tianjin flight for two weeks from July 5, it said on Tuesday, after six COVID-19 infections were found among passengers. 我市第256例境外输入确诊病例，中国籍，近期居住地为法国巴黎。该患者自法国巴黎乘坐航班（CA934），于7月1日抵达天津滨海国际机场，入境时体温正常，申报无异常。经海关检疫排查采样后，转送至武清区集中隔离医学观察点。7月5日新冠病毒核酸检测结果为阳性，即由120救护车转送至海河医院治疗。胸CT示右肺下叶背段多发结节状磨玻璃密度影。经市级专家组综合分析确定为我市境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例（普通型）。全程实施闭环管理。
据民航局网站消息，7月6日，民航局再发熔断指令，对法国航空公司AF382航班（巴黎至天津）实施熔断措施。
根据民航局通报，6月25日入境的法国航空公司AF382航班（巴黎至天津）确诊新冠肺炎旅客6例。由于该航班为实施控制客座率运行措施期间再次触发熔断，自7月5日（航班入境日期）起，暂停法国航空公司AF382航班（巴黎至天津）运行2周，熔断的航班量不得用于其他航线。自该航班入境之日起3个月内，不再享有选择控制客座率运行措施的权利。
15 new local cases, third lockdown imposed on border city
Authorities in a Chinese city bordering Myanmar locked down the city Wednesday, shutting most businesses and requiring residents to stay at home as a fresh outbreak of COVID-19 expanded.
Another 15 cases were found in Ruili in the 24-hour period ending at midnight, on top of six in the first two days, health authorities in southwest China’s Yunnan prefecture said.
The lockdown, effective at midnight, shut down all businesses and public institutions except hospitals, pharmacies and essential shops like grocery stores, according to a notice posted online. It affects the urban part of Ruili, which like most Chinese cities includes surrounding rural areas in its jurisdiction.
Authorities had earlier banned unnecessary travel in and out of the city on Monday, after the first cases were reported.
The latest cases were discovered during mass testing of residents. The positive cases include both Chinese and Myanmar nationals in the city, which has an active cross-border trade. Authorities said they would step up border controls.
Ruili previously had a COVID outbreak in March and launched a campaign to vaccinate the entire city in April.
瑞丽一天新增15例！四次疫情三度封城

6日，云南瑞丽召开新闻发布会，称目前瑞丽市严格进出审批手续。按照交通管制要求，瑞丽市配置力量对8个出入城卡点开展双向管控，同时，在瑞丽市档案馆设置离瑞审批窗口，对封控范围外因公、因病、因学等特殊原因确需离瑞人员手续进行严格审批。
