Foreigner Praised for Saving a Drowning Man

A man from Iran has been praised for saving a drowning man on July 23.
The incident happened in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, according to local media reports.
The man saw another person struggling in the waters and him and other local men jumped without hesitation to save the drowning man. After bringing him to a safe place, he continued administering first aid procedures as they waited for emergency rescue team to arrive.
He was later filmed seating, seemingly in agony as he blamed himself for not saving the man early enough. But the person filming the video comforted him saying that the emergency rescue team has arrived and he should not feel sad as it is not his fault.
It is reported that the man survived and his family members paid a visit to the foreign man who saved him, thanking him for saving his life.
