The first exoplanet discovered by Chinese astronomers and its host star have been named "Wangshu" and "Xihe," which mean moon goddess and sun goddess respectively in Chinese mythology.
中国天文学家发现的首颗太阳系外行星及其母恒星被命名为“望舒”和“羲和”，在中国神话中分别寓意月神和太阳女神。
The two names proposed by the student astronomy club of Guangzhou No. 6 Middle School were announced at the Beijing Planetarium Saturday, which is a part of the NameExoWorlds campaign organized by the International Astronomical Union (IAU).
21日，由国际天文学联合会组织的“太阳系外行星世界命名”活动在北京天文馆公布命名结果。“望舒”和“羲和”由广州第六中学天文社提出。
Discovered by Chinese astronomers in 2008, Wangshu is about 440 light-years away from Earth in Lyra, orbiting Xihe, which is sufficiently bright to be observed through telescopes from China.
获得命名的太阳系外行星系统是中国天文学家在2008年发现的，望舒位于天琴座，距地球约440光年，围绕羲和运行；羲和亮度较高，在中国可以通过光学望远镜观测到。
Xihe's mass is twice that of the Sun, while Wangshu's mass is 2.7 times that of Jupiter, the largest planet in the Solar System, according to Zhao Fei from the National Astronomical Observatories, a member of the team who discovered Wangshu. "We love the two names, they are quite Chinese style," he added.
羲和的质量是太阳的两倍，而望舒的质量是太阳系内最大行星木星的2.7倍。“我们非常喜欢这两个名字，很有中国味道。”发现望舒的团队成员、来自中国科学院国家天文台的赵斐博士说。

State-owned enterprises and government agencies have overtaken multinational companies as the most desired employer for Chinese college graduates, according to a survey by online recruitment platform Zhaopin.
线上招聘平台智联招聘的一项调查显示，国企和政府机关已取代外企，成为中国大学毕业生首选的意向就业单位类型。
The survey, which polled students from 22 universities across the country, stated that 26.4 percent of students prefer working for State-owned enterprises after graduation, while 24.8 percent prefer government agencies and public institutes.
本次调查涉及全国22所高校，结果显示，26.4%的学生毕业后倾向于去国企工作，24.8%的学生倾向于政府机关及事业单位。
Meanwhile, students who listed multinational companies as their top choice fell to 22.6 percent from 27.9 percent last year.

In addition, the popularity of Chinese private companies among students has dropped from 23.1 percent to 21.2 percent, and those wanting to start their own business immediately after college fell from 4.5 percent to 3.4 percent.

According to the survey, students expect to earn an average of 6,884 yuan ($983) per month in their first job, up from last year's 6,530 yuan. Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen remain the top three cities of choice for fresh graduates.
调查显示，2019年大学生首份工作的期望月薪为6884元，高于去年的6530元。北京、上海、深圳依然是毕业生首选的就业城市。

Chinese lawmakers on Monday started deliberating a draft civil code.

The draft civil code consists of general provisions and six sections on property, contracts, personality rights, marriage and family, inheritance, torts and supplementary provisions.
民法典草案共7编，依次为总则编、物权编、合同编、人格权编、婚姻家庭编、继承编、侵权责任编，以及附则。
According to work arrangements, the draft is expected to be submitted to the annual session of the NPC next year for deliberation.
按照民法典编纂工作计划，民法典草案将提交至明年召开的十三届全国人大三次会议审议。
Opinions of local legislatures, relevant authorities and the public will also be solicited to improve the draft before it is submitted to the annual session of the NPC, said Shen Chunyao, vice chairman of the NPC Constitution and Law Committee.
全国人大宪法和法律委员会副主任委员沈春耀介绍，在向全国人大会议提交草案之前，还将向地方人大、各有关部门和社会公众广泛征求意见，进一步完善草案。
