深夜放毒 | 沙县小吃火出圈,还有哪些小吃让你管不住嘴?

2020年沙县小吃旅游文化节在福建沙县开幕,天南地北的游客到当地领略美食文化和风土人情。

最开始,沙县小吃的种类很少,只有扁肉和拌面等几样,沙县小吃的经营思路是让食客“一元进店、两元吃饱”。

慢慢地,扁肉是“水泥”,拌面是“钢筋”,沙县小吃靠着这两样绝活,逐渐在海内外形成了规模。

如今,沙县小吃已经成为了当地政府的“门面”担当,品种也丰富多样,吸引了不少商机。

还有哪些小吃,悄无声息地俘获你的味蕾,在深夜坏了你的减肥大计呢?

德州扒鸡

“亲,你哪里人?”
“我德州人。”
“嗷嗷,我知道得州,那里的炸鸡很有名。”
“不,我来自山东德州,是扒鸡很有名。”

世界上不仅仅是美国得克萨斯州的炸鸡出名,中国山东也有个城市名叫德州,其扒鸡是山东省的代表菜之一。德州五香脱骨扒鸡属中国四大名鸡之首。

"Where are you from?"
"I am from Dezhou."
"I got it. It is famous for its fried chicken."
"Nope. I come from Dezhou in Shandong Province. It is famous for braised chicken."


长沙臭豆腐

长沙臭豆腐,长沙人又称臭干子。“臭豆腐”名字虽俗气,但却“臭名远扬”。

其色墨黑,外焦里嫩,鲜嫩香甜。初闻臭气扑鼻,但慢慢入口即化。

Stinky tofu smells bad but tastes good. Stinky tofu is considered to be rich in bacteria lactobacillus, which is good for gut health. 


小龙虾

小龙虾,学名为“克氏原螯虾”,因其肉味鲜美、营养丰富,深受人们的喜爱。

小龙虾常被做成香辣、蒜蓉、十三香等口味,其特点是色艳、汤浓、味重、香辣无比,是吃货们“深夜放毒”的必备品之一。

Spicy crayfish is a famous snack in many places in China. It's a perfect match with beer at barbecue stalls on summer nights, especially while watching a sports game. 


天津煎饼果子

煎饼果子是天津的传统小吃。实际上,煎饼果子应当写作煎饼馃(guǒ)子,馃子是北方方言,即油条。

“哟哟,切克劳,煎饼果子来一套!”这句话是不是耳熟能详?

Chinese Crepes are classic snacks in Shandong and Tianjin that locals often eat for breakfast.

Chinese Crepes are usually wrapped with noodles and eggs, deep-fried dough sticks, or crisps, and mixed with spicy or sweet sauce.


卤煮火烧

卤煮是老北京最纯粹的传统小吃之一,卤煮火烧起源于北京城南的南横街。

据说光绪年间因为用五花肉煮制的苏造肉价格昂贵,所以人们就用猪头肉和猪下水代替,经过民间烹饪高手的传播,造就了卤煮火烧。

卤煮火烧是将火烧和炖好的猪肠和猪肺放在一起煮,辅之以炸豆腐片、卤汁,蒜汁等辅料,内烂但不柴,小编这样的南方人也尤其喜爱~

Baked wheaten bread, tofu, pork chop, chitterlings, and pork lung are cut into pieces and then boiled in the preserved meat broth. It is served with mashed garlic, chili oil, vinegar, tofu, chives, and coriander.


兰州拉面

兰州拉面,又称兰州清汤牛肉面,是甘肃省兰州地区的风味小吃。它以“汤镜者清,肉烂者香,面细者精”的独特风味赢得了海内外顾客的好评。

Lanzhou noodle, from Gansu Province in northwest China, is made from wheat flour and lye water that makes it very chewy. It is usually paired with beef or lamb broth. 


桂林米粉

桂林山水甲天下,米粉更是当地一绝。

它圆细、爽滑、柔韧,具有独特风味。

桂林米粉的鲜美可口,不仅在于米粉本身,很大程度上也取决于精制卤水。

桂林米粉的吃法也很讲究,吃的时候应该在前三分之二采用干捞的吃法,到最后三分之一再加入骨头汤,如此汤卤结合,才能感受到桂林米粉的最佳风味。

Guilin noodles are white, soft and smooth. They are made from rice flour, and come in mainly two shapes – round and flat noodles.

They have been served around Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region since the Qing Dynasty. 


柳州螺蛳粉

螺蛳粉是广西柳州市的小吃米粉,具有辣、爽、鲜、酸、烫的独特风味,但其实螺蛳粉里一颗螺蛳也没有。

螺蛳粉的螺汤由螺肉、猪骨、药材、天然香料等民间秘方熬制而成,熬过汤后的螺肉就会丢弃。螺蛳肉的精华都浓缩在了汤里。

River snail rice noodles are cooked in a broth made from river snail and pork bones. It is a local specialty of Liuzhou, a city in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. 

The noodles became a Chinese national dish during the coronavirus lockdown.


武汉热干面

热干面是武汉的特色美食,与河南烩面、山西刀削面、四川担担面同称为中国四大名面,是湖北人过早点的必选面料之一。热干面的面条纤细有嚼劲,色泽油润饱满,回味无穷。

Hot dry noodles, also known as "reganmian" in Chinese, are a traditional dish of Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province in central China. Hot dry noodles have an 80-year history in Chinese food culture.
