LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort
Phase 2 of the LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort is coming, which is planed to be a outdoor commercial street.
This is in addition to the 310,000 m² of Legoland that has already been built in the first phase. The total area will reach 400,000 m² with Phase 2.

Asia's Deepest Diving Hall
Asia's deepest diving hall is the core project of the e-sports center, with a scale of over 500,000 m².
The diving depth is 40.4 meters, nearly 1.5 times that of the current number one diving venue in Asia. It is expected to start operations next year.

Asia’s Largest Broadway Theater Complex
The country's first Broadway theater complex will be opened near the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
Shanghai's first downtown green space amphitheater, a 1,800-seat grand theater, a 500-seat complex concert hall, and more will be there.

The Largest IMAX Spherical Theater in China
Shanghai will soon have the largest IMAX spherical theater in China and the third largest in the world.
The giant screen is about 22.4 meters wide and 12 meters high, and the theatre can accommodate about 380 pax.

Shanghai Juss International Equestrian Center
The first international world-class equestrian stadium in China, Shanghai Juss International Equestrian Center, is expected to open this year.
The main building contains a 90*60 m competition field, a warm-up field, a training field, and a spectator stand with approximately 5000 seats.
The Equestrian Center will have an underground walkway that connects the newly built Houtan Station of Metro Line 19.

Shanghai Wintasta
The world's largest indoor ski resort - Shanghai Wintastar - is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The indoor ski resort is Alps-themed, covering 90,000 ㎡, and includes 25 snow activities.
The 28,000 ㎡ water park with a Nordic Viking theme is divided into two floors, offering indoor and outdoor activities for visitors.

Putuo Xintiandi
Putuo Xintiandi’s plan has been released and is set to open next year.
It is another new project by the Shui On Group after Xintiandi, Panlongtiandi, and more.
The construction area is about 88,000 ㎡, and it is planned to be a combination of "Grade A offices" and commercial streets.

SKP Shanghai
SKP is coming to Shanghai.
SKP Beijing has been the shopping mall with the highest sales volume in China since 2011. In 2020, it beat Harrods of the United Kingdom to take the crown for the top shopping mall by sales volume worldwide.
In the future, the project will focus on luxury retail services and high-end business facilities, forming another high-quality, comprehensive commercial district in Shanghai.

Jincang Wenhua Plaza
The Jincang Wenhua Plaza, rebuilt from the Jincang Wenhua Hotel, will be fully unveiled in the second half of the year.
Maison Margiela’s largest store, MARNI's first concept flagship store in China, JIL SANDER's flagship store, and AMIRI's first store in Asia will all open here.

MOHO Shanghai
MOHO Shanghai is a high-end shopping center integrating culture, luxury, and technology. It is expected to open this year.
The "24h Vertical Urban Oasis" inspired by "City Garden" is a site that is worth looking forward to.

Livat Center
Livat Center is coming, marking the 8th in China and the first in Shanghai.
It will be an upgraded IKEA shopping mall and includes commercial shopping centers, the IKEA store, office buildings, and more.
In addition to the 30,000 ㎡ IKEA store, the mall will feature 400+ brands.

The Twin Theaters
The Twin Theaters, designed by the international legend Kengo Kuma, has an architectural shape that resembles a bird's nest.
The interior can accommodate nearly 800 seats.

UNI-CITY
UNI-CITY, a shopping center of about 100,000 m², will open in September this year.
The Japanese design team Nikken designed the shopping mall that will be home to nearly 200 top-notch merchants.

GLBC MALL
GLBC MALL is located in the golden triangle area of the Bund, Lujiazui, and Dongjiadu.
The first phase of the project was unveiled at the end of September 2021.
This year, GLBC MALL will host the opening of the second phase.

LOVE@The City
LOVE@The City is expected to enter the market this year, and it is no surprise that it will become the largest shopping mall in Shanghai in 2022.
The mall comprises a 24 meter wide pedestrian street, an 8,000 ㎡ children's entertainment area, and a large cinema.
About half of the area will be used for dining and will feature various international dining and entertainment elements.

Zhang Yuan
Zhang Yuan, built by the British businessman Groome in 1882, will return this year after a 3-year hiatus.

Rockbund
In 2006, Rockbund started the first phase of its renovation project. After 15 years of renovation, Rockbund is fully opening at the end of this year or early next year!

T Center
T Center will start trial operation in December.

Shanghai will open an "AI town" with an area of over 2.52 million m².

Shanghai’s Largest Duty-free Shop
Shanghai is expected to build its second duty-free shop in two years.

Museum of Ice Cream from New York, USA, is expected to open this month. There will be a pink fantasy space, which has more than 10 art-themed scenes and special flavored ice creams.

Suzhou River Water Bus to Reopen
After an 11-year hiatus, the Suzhou River water sightseeing bus will reopen as early as this year.
The whole round trip takes nearly three hours. There are also automatic explanation systems for scenic spots, and visitors can hear historical stories on the water bus.

The East Hall of the Shanghai Museum
The East Hall at the Shanghai Museum, with a total construction area of 113,000 ㎡, will open at the end of this year.
The rectangular building has a simple and minimalist design. The continuous marble curve shape adjacent to the pool outside the museum reflects the geographical characteristics of Shanghai.
The exhibition area of the East Hall is about 33,600㎡, and the museum can be home to about 15,000 cultural relics.

The Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai Hongqiao
Judging from the current rendering images, the Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai Hongqiao, will include exquisite garden landscapes and shared spaces.
There will be a rooftop swimming pool, an executive lounge, three international restaurants, a banquet hall of approximately 1,500 ㎡, a conference hall, and other amenities inside the hotel. The hotel has three Presidential suites with 282 rooms in total.

Sofitel Shanghai North Bund
Sofitel Shanghai North Bund is located in Shanghai’s historical North Bund. The 25-story hotel will have 300 luxurious rooms and suites.
