How to wear a safety helmet correctly?
01
Determine the size of the helmet after measuring your head circumference or trying on the helmet. The rear adjuster needs to be opened to the maximum when wearing it.
02
Wear the helmet horizontally, do not lean forward or tilt backward. The back tilt of the helmet will block the line of sight and cannot protect the safety of the back position of the head, and the forward tilt of the helmet will cause the helmet to fail to protect your forehead.
03
Tighten the adjuster until the helmet does not move and feels comfortable.
04
Adjust the height of the webbing of the buckle on both sides of the helmet so that the position of the ears is exactly in the middle of the two webbings on the front and back.
05
Adjust the length of the chin socket and fasten it tightly, leaving a finger gap at the chin.

The Shenzhen Traffic Police also announced that from next week they will be concentrating on rectifying the lack of helmet use among all cyclists, not just delivery drivers.
Ride safe. Wear a helmet.
