POLICE have found a number of people in a container at King George Dock in Hull - with some needing urgent medical treatment.
Humberside Police are at King George Dock after 10 people were found inside a container. Three people have been taken to hospital, with a further seven being checked over at the scene. None of those who have been found is thought to have serious or life-threatening injuries.

Police officers, ambulance personnel and the border force staff attended the scene.
A Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed 10 people were found in the shipping container.
According to local reports, police left the scene at just after 3.10pm.
A spokeswoman for Humberside Police said: “Officers are currently in attendance at King George Dock in Hull after a number of people have been found in a container at the dock. Some of those found are in need of medical treatment, although none of those are thought to be in a serious or life-threatening condition.”
A statement from Yorkshire Ambulance Service read: “We were called to attend an incident at 11:33am on Tuesday 3 March 2020 at King George Dock in Hull.
“We sent two rapid response vehicles, three emergency ambulances, two doctors and our Hazardous Area Response Team to the scene.
“We transported three patients to Hull Royal Infirmary and eight patients were checked over on scene but didn’t need conveying to hospital.”
A spokesman later clarified that just seven patients were checked over at the scene.

Ten suspected illegal migrants were found inside a shipping container at a dock in Hull, the Home Office has said.
The group of seven men, two women and a child, from Eritrea, arrived at the port from Zeebrugge in an unaccompanied container.
